Further I have contacted chat support team and spoke with Mr John who apologized and even agreed that he has received my 2500 transferred to their account but still denied to credit in my betrally account saying IMPS option was already withdrawn from website.

How does it matter if you all have removed IMPS option, your account team has received funds them why not credit it.

That clearly shows how fake and fraudulent team you all are and only prefer to cheat customers.

Fakerally should be a name of Betrally.
