I was VIP customer of betrally used to transfer funds via IMPS. Last 2-3 days betrally removed IMPS option without my knowledge and denied to credit my 3500.
When contacted chat team and called also on their support number they denied giving me a credit despite funds were transferred to their employees.

Ridiculous behavior from chat officer LEO and Axel as they simply disconnected my chat.

When called up customer care number Mr Aram also denied to credit funds even after sharing screenshot of fund transfer.

They simply cheat people's by taking funds, so never ever go for BETRALLY. They are fraudulent and cheaters and misbehave with customers.
