Bow out with dignity!

Asked for a quote over the phone and was told someone needs to come to my house to quote, fine.
Was then called back and told due to personal reasons that person was given the day off, fine.
Quoted by a man named Mario over the phone, explained system and sent details. Found the prices far too high and moved on.

Didn’t appreciate my ‘follow up call’ from Mario today. Once told that I would not be moving forward with my quote Mario did not want to hear anything I had to say, talked over me throughout the conversation telling me how much of a bad decision I had made and implied that without Verisure I would definitely be robbed!

I do not have to explain my decisions to a sales team who quite frankly need to stop bullying their customers! I actually haven’t yet decided on a company to proceed with as stated but you are damn sure that after that call it will be anything but Verisure!
