22 days with no boots and no money.

Bought 2 pair of boots that was due to be delivered with in 7-14 days.
Called fjellsport customer service after 14 days to know how far they where, and was told that they would take a bit longer. Then I wrote them and email 20 days later, to know what the status off the order was, just to be told 2 days later in the reply that the boot was out of stock with the supplier, and that they could not deliver. In the mean time they have had my 6700 kr, and have not contacted me.

Hi Laurits! We are very sorry to hear that we could not deliver a product as promised. That is of course something we do not wish to happen and we obviously have a great potential here. Not only in the delivery part of this case, but also in keeping you as a customer better informed about your purchase. In the future we certainly hope to be better regarding these kinds of cases and we are working actively to ensure that we become better here!
