Insurance team don't answer the phone…
Insurance team don't answer the phone and can't talk to the breakdown people. Breakdown people can't talk to the Insurance team. So - when I wanted to move my breakdown cover from a separate policy to the insurance policy I was bounced backwards and forwards.
A very frustrating customer experience and an ultimately unresolved issue due to the difficulty of actually getting to talk to anyone.
I have been a RAC member for 35 years - it is definitely time for a change as customer loyalty doesn't mean good service.
