Excellent customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size quilt. The chat facility was busy, but I was telephoned at home very soon afterwards by Adam who was extremely helpful, explaining in detail the returns process and my nearest 'drop off' location. He also ensured I was re-ordering the correct size! After the call I noticed that Sam had appeared on 'chat' and was checking that my query had been addressed. Great service. The quilt also looks to be of excellent quality and at such a good price. 5 stars.
