I live outside of the UK and have had only excellent experiences with purchasing three items on three separate occasions, two DSLR lenses and one rather expensive camera body (Nikon D810). Communications have been excellent, both with regards to emailed questions and notifications about my purchases. The prices are great on the items I've purchased, and the delivery has been quick and reliable. Being outside the UK, I've had to pay for my purchases via bank transfer, which could be a bit scary, but I've had no issues at all, everything went smoothly each time. I can highly recommend!
