I have used Serenata several times and have always been impressed with the service, however I ordered flowers on Friday 17th at 9.20am, for next day delivery, expecting them to be delivered at a decent time and they were received about 5pm on Sat afternoon and the recipient was on her way out and didn't have time to open them to see they were from me - wishing her a lovely time for an event I couldn't attend..
