Super fast delivery

The items arrived on Tuesday morning for the order I made on Saturday. Another great thing was that I could find everything I was looking for (a specific type of bedding for our hamster and a special type of food for our bird). I am very happy with this purchase. I will definitely reorder from here again.

Happy customer

Fast delivery and everything was as ordered. Even got little tryouts from new companies for free. And best of all…. My little furry friend is very happy with my purchase 😍

Unfortunately a product was missing

Unfortunately a product was missing.
Today at last I found some time to open the box and I got surprised that Chinchilla sand was missing. On Monday I am going to contact their support.

Edit: after contacting their support I decided to change my review from 2 to 4 stars. Product was missing, but Zoopet charged me less amount of money and I didn’t notice it. Just missing information here from their side. I am going to be their customer in future again.

terrible service

terrible service. I ordered food for my dog ​​on 29.06, waited until Thursday, in the end when I called them they said that the food I chose was out of stock and I need to wait another 2 weeks or cancel the order. I cancelled the order and waited for a refund. On Friday 5.07 I called again, then they told me that they forgot to cancel my order, and cancelled it only half an hour ago. 4 bank working days have already passed, and they still haven't returned my money! I'm already tired of calling, listening to this music for 20 minutes while waiting for an answer. Please give me my money back!

I've just looked up your order, and the history of it.
I can see that on the day that you've called us, we've cancelled your order, and the reservation of the money was as well cancelled.
We have not withdrawn any money therefore we cannot refund anything, only cancel the reservation wich was done straight away.

If you have any issues, please do revert on my mail that I've just sent you, and I'll definetly look further into it.

We're all terrible sorry for having a "out of stock" product, but I'd definetly help for a better understanding or helping out regarding if banks haven't freed the money yet.

the terrible shop

It's a disgusting store, it's not available, and you'll find out after paying. Then it takes a lot of patience and effort to get your money back. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
