Utter trash!

This supposed tuff ball was with my dog for 5 minutes before it was trashed, it doesn’t re-inflate, you'd be better off spending your money in the 'pound shop'

I contacted customer services ( which I had to chase for a response) asking for a refund. I received a snotty sarcastic response from a random email address suggesting I buy my dog a cannonball or a tenpin bowling ball.

Trash item, trash company, no customer service whatsoever, avoid!

Barely lasted a fortnight

I bought six and the dogs loved them, but they split at the seams and were in bits in a fortnight. When the first one split, I sent a pic and suggested it may have been an unlucky faulty one, but got no response so I didn't bother when the other five split. A client's dog has had one for 3 years with no damage so maybe their quality control has slipped since then. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them, waste of money.

Great product for ball obsessed dogs

Great product! Our Rottweiler is notorious for popping balls so he can can carry them around and then is surprised that we can’t then throw/kick them for him… this product has solved that. We bought it in January and it is still going strong in April (which is good going when you have a big dog!) Really happy with this ball. You have solved a great problem of ours!

Substandard products, terrible customer service

Received the ball and upon opening you could tell it was a cheap product. Gave it to my dog and he played with it a little bit but was just picking it up and shaking it . First day there’s a big rip in the ball . The dog hadn’t chewed it at all . Contacted the company who were rude and dismissive and said my dog had destroyed the ball which is a lie . They refused to engage and refused a refund . So if you gave £20 to waste buy their products but I suggest you steer clear of these rogues.

super, loved and lasting outdoor ball

Been shocked by the number of disappointed 1* reviews for Tuffball for dogs which I happened to come across while checking out dog toys (we already have 3 Tuffballs for 2 salukis!). Our first Tuffball is approaching three years in age, and is still going strong even though it has lived outside all year round and is played with daily, including being carried in saluki jaws while the dogs zoomie round. Bought one also for a friend who shares her private exercise field with us, and it too has been going strong for some three years...

Awful

Arrived quickly. Dog played with it and it split at the seams within a couple of days. I messaged the seller and was told to return the ball. Which I did. He then completely ignored all further emails asking for a refund. Opened paypal case, and he did everything to delay the case. However, I got my money back for Item not as described, but it did take nearly a mpnth. . AVOID. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

The ball arrived on Saturday 27th July

The ball arrived on Saturday 27th July. I was going to return it without opening after reading the reviews. We thought we’d just give her it in any case. Glad we did as she loved it. Played with it for 9hrs. By the Saturday night the 1st hole appeared. As soon as she got up on Sunday she went for the ball and played with it again all day. It was becoming misshaped by now. We had to throw it out on Tuesday 30th. (Too many holes)

Evie still had a great weekend with it so worth the £22 to us. Wouldn’t buy one again though.

Tuffball large

Sadly, this review is similar to the majority of the others I have been reading. I ordered the large ball which was shredded within hours, which is a shame because my dog appeared to enjoy very much playing with it while it lasted. I have attempted to contact the company but again no response. Very disappointing and a very expensive rubber ball!!

Tuff Toy? Definitely!

My dog was lucky enough to be given a tuff toys ball for Christmas 2022. She loves it, dogs that come to the house love it. It’s had a bull lurcher and a whippet playing tug without harm. There are a few scratches now, but after 12 months of play no real damage.

IMHO it's no better than a cheap football.

Despite the claims in their adverts, this ball lasted no longer than a generic cheap football from the pound shop (..about 30 minutes) The only difference is that it cost 5x the price. We now have one very pleased-with-himself dog and a pricey toy that looks like a dropped Halloween pumpkin.
No response from the company when contacted.
Avoid if your hound is at all on the 'destructive' side when it comes to toys.

Rubbish ball

Seems to be a pattern here! Bought one of their £20 self inflating balls for my Labrador. It arrived with the seams already open and not properly sealed. Took photos to send company and emailed them as soon as it arrived. That was 10 days ago and heard nothing! Rubbish ball and even worse customer services! Waste of money

Ordered an indestructible self…

Ordered an indestructible self inflating dog ball at a price of £20.49 including postage. When ball arrived l didn't know what to expect however it looked like a reject as the rubber weld where the ball if formed didn't look right. Regardless l thought l would give it a chance with my dog to see what happens and how it reinflated. Needless to say all my dog did was stand on the ball which deflated and stayed that way. Got in touch with the company seeing as l'd had the ball less than a week and they haven't even bothered to reply. £20 for a bit of useless rubber is scandalous. The only inflation taking place with these orange self inflating balls is in the price of the product. Steer clear of this company. Usually l would sort things out with the company but seeing as they don't reply this is the next step. I have photos of the ball 🏀 as l wanted the company to know what happened with my own experience as it may of been a faulty ball. Lack of customer service speaks volumes.
