Beware - everything is UK except for shipping and returns
I bought a pair of jeans which were reduced at £125 plus £25 shipping. When I put them on, I really wasn't keen and asked to return. I hadn't realised they only allow international online returns if you pay for the return yourself (at a cost of £35) and then have to wait 3 weeks for a refund (which I haven't received yet). The website says True Religion UK, the currency is in pounds but that is where it ends. I have had (so far) good experiences with customer support. They have been very polite and helpful. My concern is I thought they were uk based and they are clearly not.
Awful company - avoid
Ordered a pair of jeans at over £200. Website stated they were 33 long, when I tried them on they were clearly short and not 33 long (all my other 33 long fit perfectly length wise by other brands).
I sent a photo of them measured to customer support showing they were just 32 but they blanked this and just kept insisting they had "checked at their end and the jeans were fine/correct" which is obviously ridic when i've literally sent them a photo showing them flat and straight against a tape measure.
True religion then stated I must pay to ship them back to USA (from UK) for refund despite them not being the length advertised.
I paid £50 to insure the package and then got notified theyd made it to USA and then that they were being relabelled and returned to me!
True religion said Id shipped it to an part of the building that "doesn't accept international returns" and when I showed them the screenshot of the courrier info being the exact address they told me to send it to they just didn't care at all, blank that and told me to pay to try send again and restated the exact address id already paid £50 to send it to.
Very rude and uncaring.
Started the process of claiming a refund via my credit card as this company is just awful and really difficult to deal with.
Never had any big company like this and I do a lot of online buying. Any decent company would take responsibility for an item not being the length they stated it was let alone give you return info that was never going to get the item to them ...then troll you telling you to just pay again and try sending again to that same address (another £50).

Thee worst customer service EVER I have & always have been in Loyalty program I spent OVER $500 not one point was received emailed CS kept getting generic responses instead of helping with the issue sent proof still NO HELP!!!! This is the worst customer service ever. You cannot get help if you need it. I purchased gift cards for my daughter through the online store and cannot find the original email they sent. I have been trying to get copies for a week now. I have texted and I have emailed, as they do not have a number to speak to anyone. They tell me they resent the gift cards, I tell them no they haven't. I showed proof of my inbox (pics sent through text), proof of my spam, proof of my search of true religion in my mailbox. I am at my wit's end, and at this point, it's theft on their part as they have 350 of mine that I cannot seem to get back. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Will never buy from this company again. I ordered two of the same style of bootcut jeans in different color washes with confirmation email to prove it. When I received my order, I got one pair of a completely different style of jeans that were flared bell bottoms basically which I do not wear. I reached out to a customer service representative via text and they argued with me that what was ordered and sent out was correct on their end even though it wasn’t. Screenshotted a picture of my order confirmation which clearly showed that what I ordered wasn’t what I received. They got back to me via email saying that the issue was resolved and online orders can’t be exchanged so I’m stuck with jeans I won’t wear and pretty much SOL. Terrible experience, do not recommend!

I have made a purchase online order and never received the package. I have attempted to contact every phone number I could find. No phone number for customer service. So, I emailed them for 7 days straight and only response was a confirmation they received my email. This place is awful! No customer support at all. The picture that was taken was of a package that was on a carpeted floor terrible photo no proof of delivery. After contacting them 7 days in a row one would think I would have had some sort of response. Do not buy from them terrible experience.

Hi, 3 months ago I purchased a pair of your jeans through ASOS and wore them about 5 times over 4 days and the material on the rear left stretched through so I sent them back. I received a new pair and exactly the same happened. The jeans are not tight on me, I wear them just to walk in. So I sent them back again and the same happened in the same place with only wearing them for half the time. I will send them back a third time but will not order them again as don’t have the faith in the product it will not happen again. This is a huge shame as I have purchase True Religion jeans for over 10 years.
Their response was:
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact the store of purchase for further assistance.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with your recent response regarding the issue I raised about three pairs of jeans all manufactured by True Religion which were defective in the same way.
Your response was dismissive and entirely inappropriate, especially considering that the issue is clearly not related to a third-party supplier but to the consistent manufacturing flaws in your product. While the supplier did replace each pair, the replacements were just as faulty, suggesting a recurring quality control failure on your end. It's highly likely the defective products have since been scrapped, which further reinforces how serious the issue is.
What is most disappointing is your apparent refusal to accept responsibility or to show any genuine concern for your customers. The situation reflects not just a product issue, but a lack of care and accountability from your brand.
Unless I receive a more appropriate and satisfactory resolution to this matter, I will be left with no choice but to share my experience across social media platforms. My aim is not to damage your brand, but to warn other customers of the poor quality and lack of support I have encountered—issues that raise doubts about the reliability of your broader product range.
I urge you to reconsider your position and respond with a resolution that reflects the values your brand claims to represent.

This has been one of the worse online experiences I have ever had. They are quick to take your money. There is only basic info about courier service and when you enquire about not recieving items they inform you its lost. A bunch of rip off artists and thieves. No items and no monies back and they take no responsibility.

Poor quality products and terrible customer service
If I had the option of zero stars, that would be more accurate. I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter for Christmas, which cost me over $200 CAD. On the back of the jeans it has wings which are full of gems. My daughter wore them once and at least half of the gems fell off. They hadn't even been washed yet. I contacted customer service and told them what the problem was and this was their exact response, "Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for items that were damaged after usage." I didn't even request a refund that this point. Given the cost of their clothing, one would assume that the quality was very good, not the case and shockingly bad customer service. My daughter has purchased several items from this company, but I will be sure that she doesn't spend another penny with this company.

Their not extending the 30day return policy through the holiday. I would avoid purchasing presents from this company, since alot of cloths are not true to size.

I purchased some jeans. I kept one pair and sent the other two pairs back the very next day. True Religion received the return (I have proof.) I was told it would take three to four weeks for my money to return to the original payment. True Religion did not wait for my payment when I purchased, why should I have to wait 4 weeks to get my money back when it is clear they have the returned jeans. I will never purchase from this company again. This is a ridiculous company. I am extremely angry over their policy.
