They shipped my items very quickly, I additionally had a query with the order and they answered and corresponded incredibly quickly. Very happy with their support! Would highly recommend.
Ordered an expensive light fitting. Confirmed order. Order several other things to match from other places. Then am told they don’t have the light fitting. I presume they are just shipping other people’s stock and have poor stock level info. So I have a right mess to sort out while on holiday. Worst thing ? Despite knowing they don’t have any , it’s still for sale on their website so other people can get in a similar mess.

The products I wanted were available on a good discount, after ordering I received confirmation and delivery details. I contacted customer service with a question and they responded quickly.

I ordered a lampshade on 4th Feb and started to wonder where it was by the end of the month. Emailed customer service who said it was due in on 4th March, so I waited. Did not hear from them for over a week so emailed CS again only to be told 4th April was the date new stock was now due. I asked them to cancel the order at this point, as I had lost confidence in it ever coming and their lack of communication. Checked for the refund 2 weeks or so later, only to find it had not come through, so emailed CS again asking for a immediate refund. Received an automated email saying 'incident closed, refund processed' then a more human one from a real person saying the refund had gone through. However, on checking my card account, a refund does not appear as even pending. The time taken to stay on top of a simple purchase is beyond belief and I am now out of pocket, 2 months after a failed purchase. In such a competitive market, I would never purchase from them again.
No reply to email, asking why website says free delivery to most of the UK, yet when placing order delivery charge was added, as apparently I have moved to the highlands and islands of Scotland. Clearly they are not aware of where the Highlands and Islands are, so a quick email may have resolved this, but as they will not respond to email used another company. How many potential customers will they lose by this error?
Didn't send me what I ordered, so I cancelled as had been waiting ages for delivery. No email dispatch notices.
Told on four different occasions I would receive a refund. After 6 weeks of chasing they are now refusing to refund my item in full, and apparently I am responsible for shipping now that my order is less than £50 becase they didn't ship it.
Written correspondence is disgusting, impolite, unprofessional. Worst experience I have ever encountered with an online company.
I was very impressed with this company's customer service. They offered me a price match on three light shades, free delivery as the order was over £50 and, when it transpired I was only sent two shades, after a phone call I received the third shade the next day. One small criticism: they do not send an email confirming despatch, which can leave you hanging in the air a bit, not knowing what is going on.
