Wheel Omission The wheel I ordered did not include the…

The wheel I ordered did not include the inserts that are in the picture. It is stated that the lugnuts and center cap are not included. Also, it stated the color may be different than that seen in the picture but nothing about the omission of the inserts. I consider this deceptive business practice

Part has never shipped

Part has never shipped. Says in stock. Company won’t answer any emails. Going through my bank now to get my money back. It’s fraud and buy from someone else!

Your refund is processed and settled to your cc bank on 12-Sep-2024 18:49:13 EDT. From the date of settlement you cc bank would take min 5-7 business days to deposit the refund to your cc account. Since the refund is settled with your cc bank, you would have to contact your cc bank if you don't see the refund in your account in 5-7 business days.

I ordered a wheel

I ordered a wheel, waited a week and on the day it was supposed to be delivered I hadn't received a confirmation of shipping, I knew it was going to be late so I reached out and asked when the new expected delivery date was. I was emailed back a few hours later that they didn't get it in stock so they refunded my money. Had I not asked who knows if this company would have said anything. Had they been proactive and told me sooner I could have tried with another company to get a wheel since I have been without a car and waiting on this wheel. Would give a zero for unprofessionalism and if you do not have the item in stock why are you selling as if it were.

Poor Customer Service

TheAutoPartsShop shipped the wrong part. Would never give instructions on how to return part. After serveral emails and phone calls, thier only respone was they would have a manager call, which never happened. Now the 30 days is up and I can't return.
Poor customer service. All you will ever talk to is a call center.

BEWARE

BEWARE… Website offers items that are out of stock. Why let customers buy items just to send an email saying the item is out of stock and have to go through a refund process! Just take the item off the website. And customer service is AWFUL.
