after calling and sending few emails to confirm the appointment they cannot find my appointment when I showed up. Wasted my workday as I have to book a time slot.

I always experience professional and attentive care at the clinic, the work is seamless and quick. Furthermore they managed to meet my deadline with an urgent matter before I had to fly out of Copenhagen again. Staff knows what they are doing and as a cherry on top they are kind too.

I am super happy with my first visit and Kim my dentist was good at explaining every step of the way👍🏼 Good value for money and I wanted a second opinion as was not happy with my previous dental clinic.

I can only recommend this clinic. No matter if it's just a check-up or a full treatment the service and empathy is remarkable. My dentist is Kim and he always explain what he does and always make sure you don't feel pain. Check-ups are done by clinic assistants and they are very sweet and competent.

I had a great experience. The dentists and dentist assistants are friendly and speak English very well. The prices are fair and I am really pleased with their service. There’s also a student discount! I will keep going back to this dentist again and again :)

I asked for an appointment on the website and I mentioned that I prefer to be contacted through e-mail. The second day, they call me. I could not answer and just seconds away I received a message on the phone with my next appointment, at 10am on 23rd October.
I needed an earlier appointment and sent an e-mail asking for an earlier date. The receptionist answered that they don't have sooner than 10 am.
I replied that I did not ask for an earlier hour, but an earlier date... She said sorry and asked which date I need. I said maybe 16th or even 19th would be fine. She said is fine on 16th at 12:30pm.
I went there on 16th and when I told the receptionist that I have an appointment, she said that's on 16th next month. Are you f***ing kidding me? The lady I sent e-mails to helped me booking an "EARLIER" date than 23rd of October, and that is 16th of NOVEMBER. I would have understood that sometimes it happens to make mistakes, but from my conversation with her on the e-mail it seemed that she is not a professional and she does not think twice, as the conversation with her was difficult.
I tried to explain what happened and the receptionist didn't really care (may be the same receptionist who wrote me) and said "oh, sorry, have a nice day then". Who does that to a customer... Normally, after an experience like this, you ask the customer if he would like to book again and when/you help him.

Extra things I noticed being there: the reception looks very basic, 2 chairs, all white, seems like they did not invest too much in the looks. The receptionist did not had a mask, nor a plastic wall. I had.
I think that just seeing these details, you make an opinion about the quality of the services that they offer. That's why I am actually lucky that I have not ended up using their services, as they seem that they don't care who they hire or invest in their customer experience overall.
