Like all other complaints didn’t receive after 3 weeks contacted customer services and was told with courier and wouldn’t process refund. Contacted PayPal and all of a sudden received items, products are ok but awful customer service avoid
Very disappointed!! Haven't received my order or a refund. Customer service non existent. Scammers!

Ordered these after seeing the bags advertised on fb they looked good and on there the rating looked favourable- they still haven’t arrived after 3 weeks!! Was warned by another customer on their site after I ordered them that they might never arrive...Was going to reply but the message disappeared and when I wrote other comments they disappeared too. Sadly hadn’t looked on here...wasted nearly £20..thought they weren’t cheap anyway but hoped they’d be really useful. Lesson learnt don’t buy from an ad on fb!!..Have requested a refund through PayPal although the company says they have sent them and I should cancel my refund request.11/6 update still not received them or been offered a refund
most appalling company to deal with, shame I never read the reviews before ordering. these have taken a month to be delivered, and personally do not think the quality is great. Also the price keeps going down.
The bags rip after first use
Bought 10 bags and within one use two ripped and the other one after two uses.
Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Order bags on 15th April, the website clearly said they were experiencing no delays. I keep being told my order is nearly ready for dispatch or it’s ready for dispatch but it still hasn’t been!
Have contacted PayPal for a refund
Total Scam Facebook needs to be more accountable for the ads they put on. If they did an ad on TV and got away with it there’d be hell to pay for the Channels involved.
Ordered days ago. Not arrived. Have emailed but just keep getting an automated reply. Have left messages on Facebook but they keep disappearing and it looks like their twitter account has been suspended. Avoid!!
Order placed, nothing received. Email received saying no stock and have no idea when there will be any. No option to cancel and get refund mentioned (surprise, surprise) so they have kept the money. I have sent NUMEROUS emails but not received a reply. Reported to PayPal to recover money.
