Late Saturday afternoon, I discovered I had a slow puncture on my rear nearside.

I turned up at Protyre on spec, and the found the problem ( a screw in the tyre) and fixed it, and had me back on the road in around 30 minutes.

I have used Protyre for a number of years and have always found them to be considerate and helpful to problems with my vehicle. Their charges are reasonable. I have always felt very satisfied with their work..

All staff are very good friendly and very good service’ my both cars mot were done I will take it there again next year thank you Protyre.

Always receive good service from Protyre. Replaced damaged tyre immediately as I had removed it from my car as it was not drivable on.

Such prompt attention and above all an emphasis on customer service. Communicative and polite. Important for a 75 year old!

Used the company before. Booked on line, paid in full for MOT. Dropped off car before officially opened as I need to catch train. Communicated and what more can I say. Would recommend for both customer service and the mechanics, and front of house staff.

Took my car for wheel alignment after another garage made a right mess of it and the lads at Thistlewaites sorted it out in no time. Friendly honest staff. Will definitely use them again. Cheers!

Great service as always. Car booked in for mot. Mot cancelled due to a machine brake down. But got me booked back on as soon as possible at a convenient time and day.

car book in for 13 00 ,for swap back wheels/ to front as they are splitting (but legal) and do tracking , manger said that’s no problem, dropt, off 12 30 , day after and ask off jim what’s it in for, told and it’s in your job sheet, we can’t swap wheels it will mess your car computer up with the s ensor system, no one mentioned this to me , so i said just do tracking then, how long 45mins (this is at 12 30 ) came back at 14 00 car NOT BEEN TOUCH. finally got car on ramp , finished paid time now 14 45. poor customer relations. A ELDERLY LADY was wanting i tyre change and could she leave with them , YES you can Have you got the locking wheel nut for your vehicle,WHATS ONE OF THEM manger replayed we can’t do it with out the locking nut, lady would one of your staff have a look for me , MANAGER “I can’t take some one off i job to look for IT TERRIBLE RESPONSE, so she said go and look for it, so i followed her out and offered to look for it , and showed her mine it like this HO thanks for your help she replyed, when i looked at the vehicle it did not have ANY LOCKING NUTS FITTED a s it was a old car ,if jeff had just took the time to look he as i professional fitter would have no this poor service not be using again 9/7 25 spend i lot of time playing with DOG 🐕 BEHIND CONTER

Normally get great service here, but the last few times have been hit of miss. They started my MOT late. For no other reason than the engineer was chatting behind the counter for 15mins. Then when a problem was found they just kept coming up with excuses as to why it was taking so long to sort. Keeping my car for several days. Definitely will not be using again. Very poor customer service.
