I love my new glasses!

The staff in Norreport was very friendly and helpful. I felt very well taken care of when my sight was being examined, and when the moment to choose frames arrived they took time to show me different styles and find something that would fit me.

I did miss a bit more transparency on how the total price for the glasses is built. It looks like they have time-limited offers changing quite often, and the price of the lense is also not stated somewhere visible unless you ask.

Wonderful staff and excellent customer service. On a visit from UK and accidentally broke my glasses while walking around Copenhagen. Visited Profil Optik to see if they could help. Very accommodating, sat us down with a coffee while they carried out a repair. After only a short wait my glasses were returned as good as new. When offered to pay was informed there would be no charge, they were happy they could help. Many thanks for the kind gesture.

The sweetest and most helpful employees.
I have been buying my contact lenses from them for two years and the services (both the eyesight visit and the choice of brand and type) have always been good. Recently I decide to change my glasses, they helped me with finding the new frame with patience (a special thank you to Ida💕). A place in which you feel welcomed (even being international).

Dear Amalie, I would like to ask you to please do not put an automatic message saying that you are sorry for the situation and that you put an email and phone number to show customers that you are interested in them.
I would like to hear your reply that I have sent an email to the company at the time informing them that I was going to go to the shop on a certain day at a certain time because I could not see properly with the glasses that you made. They have opened the email and read it and have never replied. However, I went to the store and they did not want to attend to me because I did not have an appointment. I explained that I had sent an email and that they had read it and the woman acted as if she hadn't even heard what I was saying, and they didn't attend to me. A real shame.
That's why I invite her not to publish an email when they don't answer it.
First and last time I buy from this optician.
To conclude I say what I said at the beginning, you don't need to send them an email, I have already had the experience that they don't respond.

When I got to buy glasses the employee added multiple options I didn't ask for and try to push me to take them. Then when I got the glasses the strength was wrong and instead of trying to fix it the woman in the shop said that I was to tired in my eyes and I should come back In Two weeks. Tried my previous glasses and they work fine. These guys are here to scam you.

This is my negative review on Profil Optik. I tried soo many times to ask help from them to get credit to buy glass for myself . Instead of to help me last time they went into a calculation of how many reviews I write to them.I can help you with this. This will be number 4.
I already explained to them I got many different kind of loans in Denmark without any problem.
For example Hours, car , personal loan, video game, Mobile phone etc.
And all are going without any problem .
On your last answer on my feedback you make wrong the Danish Law, make the Danish Law responsible by saying that's why you can not give me credit.
I have to say is just simply not true.
The reason why is not true is the fact I got so many different loans without any problem.
If the Danish Law will be the why I will not get all this.
I can show you all credit I got.
So please stop to make wrong the Danish Law.It is not wrong . Respect.
Instead of that I asked you several times to review my application or contact me and we can go over what solution we can find together.
You don't do that.
I suspect some Discrimination on my situation or you simply go against your business as I will not buy glasses from Profil Optik.
I already told you I even have enough money to buy this glass but I think about 14.000 dkk for this deal what you proposed to me in the beginning I think is too expensive.
That's why I wanted to do monthly payment of 380 dkk.
So because your attitude like that you can keep your classes, I will not buy it.
And my previous review is still valid if somebody wants to buy glass from Profil Optik you need to bring a lot of money with you and you are good.

Amazing service and expertise !
After breaking my glasses, I came to this shop as a matter of emergency. I was welcomed by an amazing person who spent a long time with me trying to find the best solution to repair my glasses as quickly as possible. In less than 20 mn, they were good as new !
I highly recommend this place and thanks again ♥️

Great service over at their Copenhagen K store!
Came in with a pair of Oakleys I wasnt sure were “bent” or not and got a fair assessment and a personal advice. Bought glasses from them before and will definitely do again!
