The Doctor and Staff are Professional and extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields, Jerrilyn and Cierra have always gone above and beyond with attention, help and flexibility. I recommend them highly.

Do not - repeat - do not go to this practice!
1. If you make an appointment average wait time is at least 1 hour or more.
2. The doctor spends an average time of 3 minutes with you.
3. They promise you relief but never produces.
4. If you are are covered by insurance they will max out what your provider gives.
5. One you use your credit card they will arbitrarily bill your card without your permission.
6. Will push you to for products you do not need to max out what your provider gives.
7. No care about your issue - it is all about what they can push for the maximum monies they can get out of you.
Save yourself a lot of grief and go elsewhere.

Get place. The lady’s there Ann and Ewelina are so nice the doctor is great as well would always recommend them.

Everyone was extremely helpful from Ciera to Pam to the doctor everyone were helpful and made the visit relaxing. Felt I was being taken care of, which is rare in this day.

From the initial greeting, to the warm welcome staff, everything about Premier Podiatry is top notch! Jas, Ewaline, and Kayla are super friendly, caring and made the overall experience perfect. Dr. Petkov is super helpful, informative and empathetic. Highly recommend 5 ⭐️

The customer service of this place is top-notch my second time there Ciera and Evelina are always super kind and while you might expect some office lady that is sassy and doesn’t give eye contact these already started me off with 5 star check-in!! Nerdy nurse Sam has taken care of me both times I’ve gone as well, she may be the only one i’ve met but shes definitely the best. Very easy to talk to conversations which is sometimes the best cure for patient nerves! Procedure was smooth and….”painless”, or at least as painless as possible. If you lucky enough to get her ask her where her glasses are!

Dr. Petkov is one of the top Doctors who is knowledgeable in his field. He takes the time to listen to all the questions that I have and answer every question that I have with facts. The staff deserve 5 stars ✨ as well. They always know your history before you arrive. Today my medical assistant Ann was great she went far and beyond to assist me in every way she could. Dr.Petkov and his entire Staff are very professional.

Great care! Loved the attention and care from the doctor and doctor’s assistant especially Cierre, Jasmine and Ashley. We are a family of 4 and we were all able to be seen by the doctor the same day.

The staff at Premier Podiatrist are top tier! They were very professional, kind, and accommodating. Dr. Petkov is great! He always sets a very safe and open space for his clients to dwell in.

I was so impressed by how clean and welcoming the office was! When the medical assistant and doctor helped us they answered all of our questions and have a plan. We left there so happy with our whole experience.

What a pleasant experience. Ewelina, Ke’ara and, Ciera were amazing. The office is beautiful and clean. They were extremely accommodating to my children and I even providing us with a larger room with toys to keep my kids busy. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr Petkov’s office. I was in pain with an ingrown toenail and they fit me in the same day. I had to wait a little while (half hour) after I arrived but that’s way less than the other appointments I was offered at another practice - eight days later! Ewelina at reception was so kind and helpful! Honestly I haven’t been to a doctor’s office in years that made me feel so welcome and well cared for. Theresa assisted Dr Petkov and was knowledgeable and reassuring. I’m so grateful that I found this doctor! By the way all my pain was gone by the time I left and they gave me chocolate!!

From the very first appointment I was greeted very kindly by the reception staff, and I was seen on time by Trevor D Prior. I received an excellent service, being listened to, treated with up-most respect, and he explained in detail the next steps. Trevor also recommended an excellent shoe shop that I visited back in March called Precious Soles in Potters Bar.

Premier Podiatry's advanced foot and ankle care truly sets the bar high. From the moment I walked in, Sam and the receptionist made me feel welcome and attended to. Dr. Petkov's expertise and bedside manner were outstanding; he diagnosed my foot issue with clarity and patience, ensuring I understood the condition and treatment plan. The office itself is beautifully designed, a testament to the attention to detail and commitment to a comfortable environment. I'm eager to build a strong patient-doctor relationship and have full confidence that Dr. Petkov will have me back on my feet in no time. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch Podiatry care. Also, let me add I truly appreciate the office for seeing me at the last minute, I called after 9 express my eagerness to address my excruciating pain that I have never experienced and was in the office by 1:30pm. Oh and I love my welcome package. Oh let me add they have weekend end appointments.

I recently had an appointment with Premier Podiatry and I must say the experience was pleasant, helpful and effective. Ciera at the front desk was gracious and professional. My initial phone call was handled by her and made me feel comfortable with her knowledge and personality. Teresa was also awesome with the way she handled everything from X-rays to fitting me for orthopedic shoes. Dr. Petkov saw me in a very timely manner and diagnosed my affliction. He prescribed me meds and a concise review of my condition which was very informative. Excellent bedside manner. My overall experience with Premier was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone with foot problems.

Every worker is very patient, understanding and kind every time we come into the office. I’m very glad I found this doctor and recommended him to people I know. The front desk is amazing and Ciera is such a great person and worker!
