They don't explicitly tell you about the fees. If you try to cancel the monthly subscription the fee is huge. You will be on the hook to pay for the majority of the annual contract. This is not obvious when you sign up and berried in the fine print. Never again will buy anything from Adobe.

Do not use this service! My daughter used this service for her GCSE’s and tried cancelling the “free 7 day trial” and she couldn’t. It continues to take money from her account. The phone numbers and communication channels are non existent. I finally got to speak to someone today and they have now cancelled the subscription but they wouldn’t give a refund. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS FREE SERVICE AS ITS NOT FREE!

Best app for graphic designers. I hope they will forgive us for using captain sparrow's version.

I have been working with her since her appearance and I don't see any analogues yet. I have to do previews for videos on YouTube, so I spend a lot of time in it.

I have been making the on-line order for a Nikon 5200 on a Saturday. Monday I have received a call from people asking why I provided 2 address ( I gave my home address and my work address) and I asked to deliver camera at my work address, because the office is open 24h and there will be always someone to receive my package.
The man on the phone then asked why under my phone it stays another name and address. I have provided the name and the address of the person under who's name this numbers belongs too.
Even so , the person told me that "He does not understand why this number stays under another persons name? "
I was at work when I have received this call and after 10 min of the same question and discussion,I told that if there is need to provide more info about in which relationship I am with the person under which my phone nr stays, (which I find completely ridiculous) I asked to call me after 15:00h,so I could explain all the story.
Nobody was calling me after 15:00h and nobody was calling me during all the week. I got another unknown call on next Monday around 14:50h, which I did not pick up because I was working in the night and was sleeping at this time.
I do not know who it was but I think this was from photoshop.dk.
After checking the emails in the evening, in the same time I received the email stating "Vi har haft problemer med at verificerer dit indbetalingskort ".
I have made the payment with my own credit card on which stays my name and I confirm that this card belongs only to me.
This email is a complete mistreatment and I even don't tell about the bad customer service or any apologize about my order delay.

Contrary to this, I have made a new order in Virum, next day it was shipped, second day I could already collect it.
I have received an positive email and a good answer to my questions.

Recently I needed to buy a few memory chips for my new camera and found a decent price online at Photoshop. Everything with this order went smoothly, and my purchase was delivered by post prompty.

Lens came in a very good packaging. I definitely shop there again.

The delivery of my order took over two weeks instead of a couple of days, I was considering canceling the order because of the waiting time. If you want to improve for future work on your delivery time and informing customer about their order status.
