Very Great experience.......

Very Great experience.......

As per my seniors recommendation I had visited this website to buy Numismatic accesories. Initially I had some issues with confusion but when I approached team for help they have responded immediately and helped me alot.

Through out start from the order inquiry till order delivery, team was with me and supported every moment and just because of this trust and experience, I recommend Nordfrim for everyone by being one of the happy customers from india.

East or west, Nordrim is the best.

Highly Satisfied service and a place to recommend

Nordfrim provides the best service in the field of Numismatic field.

I have purchased from various websites but not as satisfied as that off Nordfrim either in terms of quality, service, communication and also on offers.

This is the same reason I have recommended the same for all my Numismatic, Notaphil and Philately groups.

Great service

I have had only good experiences and would highly recommend.

The only issue I had, was that I have bought Leuchtturm Grande album with a case. The case was not glued properly, it was a factory defect. The seller has sent a whole new album as a replacement, without the need for me to send anything back. That is excellent customer service.

Bitter and Sour Experience So Far

I am a new customer for them and made two orders. One of the orders has been stuck in my country (India) and after repeated and multiple follow ups I haven't got any satisfactory response. The chat window works whenever it wants to and Emails are always read without any response.

They are stuck with their Logistics Partner DHL and DHL takes them for granted and in turn they take the customers for granted as the payments are upfront (Nobody can contest on that).

But "Buyer Satisfaction" does not exist in their dictionary. I am in a fix whether to place a new order or not as the overall attitude seems to be (Mixed with Racism and Arrogance) we have the goods, we have been in business for so long and you are a nobody for us. It is our way or the HIGHWAY.

I have looked into your case and I can see that we have been in contact with you both on our chat and by email. I am sorry that we have not been able to answer you as quickly as you expected. For the future, you are more than welcome to contact me directly (cjn@nordfrim.dk), should you prefer.

We have been in contact with DHL, but they do unfortunately not have the possibility / are not allowed to share contact information for local customs staff. As per the tracking information, your order is held at the customs in India (25/4) and we can only wait for the customs to do their job. After clearance, the package should be on the way to you or you will be informed about the further procedure.

It is very important for me to make it clear that our customer service does not depend on, or are affected by, the origin of the customer in any way – We treat all customers with the same respect, no matter nationality, and we have built our business upon serving customers worldwide since 1965.

I am sorry that we have not been able to deliver satisfactory customer service in your case, but I trust that your order will arrive soon. Should this not be the case, we will, of course, find a solution.
I have also sent you an email and I will follow your shipment.

Too big to be Bothered

They sent me merchandise I did not order along with a bill then will not respond to emails and messages. I have sent six messages via their website in the past month, also communicated via live chat (someone named Janka) who said she would get back and never did. I had a very favorable impression of them until this happened. I want to return what I received but want to clear this with them first. They are just too big to answer me to discuss this. I would NOT recommend them! They lost a good customer!
