Bad service
I've been to Netto biler Silkeborg and didn't get a proper service there..
I booked a prøvetur of a citroen cactus on Sunday 12/09/2020 at 13.00
When arriving with my friend we asked to see the car (space-grey) but he picked up the wrong car (white) so we asked gently to see the right one.. He picked it up after complaining about that the previous employer didn't tell him what colour the car is!!
We tried the space-grey car but there was some noise coming out of the engine so we decided not to buy it but to try the white one instead. The employer got kind of angry saying that it's the same car and no need to try it. We tried to let him understand that the first car has a serious problem and the second one might not has it.. but he refused to let us check the car impolitely. At that time we decided to leave and not coming back to this place again.
The employer said his name is Simon but I'm not sure he's telling the truth.
I hope you can do the proper action about this kind of bad treatment of customers as a respectful company
