Stayed in the villa with 16 girls and it was absolutely perfect. Had just the right amount of space and more and it was in an amazing location. SO RELAXING. Everyone who worked for the company was also nice in providing us with recommendations insuring we had the best experience. I could not be more impressed and recommend this villa to everyone who comes across it!!
Management company unprofessional
We are a group of twelve professional women who have collectively traveled extensively to numerous high-end and luxury destinations around the world. While we secured the villa at a favorable rate as advertised at the time of booking, this should not be interpreted as an indication that we are low-budget clients. It is inappropriate and concerning to suggest that this justifies any deviation in the standard of service compared to that provided to high-season guests.
During our stay, a minor issue was escalated unnecessarily by a company representative, who made an unfounded accusation regarding smoking on the premises—an allegation that is entirely false, as no member of our group smokes.
On the day of our departure, the operations director engaged with us in a confrontational and aggressive manner. He threatened to involve the authorities and restrict our departure over a damaged chair, despite our having offered to contribute to the cost of the damage.
We found the operations director’s conduct to be both unprofessional and intimidating. As a result of this experience, we will not consider using this management company’s services in the future.

I recently stayed at a villa managed by Mykonos Luxury with a group of friends for four nights. While the villa itself was beautiful, there were several inconveniences that detracted from the experience — including ongoing construction noise throughout the day, a shortage of outdoor seating, and an insufficient number of wine glasses. Nonetheless, we made the most of our stay and genuinely enjoyed our time together celebrating a special birthday.
Unfortunately, things took a disappointing turn when one of the chairs unexpectedly broke. What followed was an astonishing display of unprofessionalism from Chris, the "Operations Director." His behavior was aggressive and entirely inappropriate — and we are happy to provide evidence to support this claim. It’s hard not to wonder if the situation would have unfolded differently had our husbands been present.
To make matters worse, Chris demanded payment for the broken chair without providing an invoice or any itemised cost breakdown. We found the same chair online for €150, yet we were coerced into paying €280 just to be allowed to leave the property. So much for professionalism.
When I asked whether such damages were covered by insurance, Chris brushed it off with the dismissive remark, “Mykonos is a poor island.” That response alone speaks volumes.
Bottom line? Avoid.
We fully expect a defensive and likely fabricated response from Chris, the “Operations Director.”

Special thanks to entire managing staff who went above and beyond to plan every detail. What impressed us most was how the representatives were available at any hour of the day to meet every single one of our needs - no request was too small, and their responsiveness was incredible.
The entire experience felt completely effortless on our end. We never had to worry about anything because we knew this amazing team had everything handled. For such an important milestone in our lives, having that peace of mind was priceless.

Bookers beware / unprofessional
I recently stayed at Cleopatra II villa run by Mykonos.luxury. Whilst the villa itself is impressive on first glance, there are fundamental issues with how customers are treated that are unacceptable. A company that purports to offer a luxury experience should have customer service to match but sadly this is not the case. How a company handles issues and disputes defines them and is part of the overall experience. Our party were accused of breaking a chair through 'improper use' (apparently 'sitting' is considered 'improper'). Upon reading the company's other responses it's clear that our party have been pre-judged or mis-judged simply for being a large single-sex party (we are not teenagers) and the fact there were empty wine bottles (neatly organised by the bins ready for the cleaners). We've been described as 'low budget clients' and I've not seen any acknowledgement by mykonos.luxury for the way we were treated or any reassurance that staff training or discipline will be put in place to prevent this happening to others.
Between us we've travelled the world-over and take great care and respect of our surroundings - I can assure you that if we had have caused the damage ourselves, there would be no question that we would pay in full - but this was not the case. We offered to pay for half the cost of the chair as a gesture of goodwill but goodwill was not entertained. When we mentioned that it would've been nice to have been informed about the neighbouring construction noise, but that we had not complained at all, the point was to highlight that we had focussed on enjoying our stay and not bringing issues to the management's door. Chris suggested that we had broken the chair on purpose in some kind of protest against the noise, a ridiculous suggestion. The proforma invoice for the chair was not provided up front but was on request. Chris called the police and told us that we were not allowed to leave until they got there and that we would all miss our flights and have to pay more to get home. Once we started to get our luggage into the cars Chris said the lead booker and the person 'who broke the chair' had to stay behind. We were pressurised into handing over the full amount of cash for the chair in order that he would let our transfers leave the property. Intimidating and bullying behaviour, definitely not indicative of a luxury experience.
Bookers beware of the subsequent spurious reviews singing Chris' praises in an attempt to restore faith.
Our party have no reason to lie, we gain nothing by doing so, and our reviews serve only to warn others who expect a luxury experience and spend their money in good faith. In terms of desired outcome, I would expect mykonos.luxury to address staff behaviour that has led to the honest reviews as well as an unreserved apology for their overall conduct in person and in response to the reviews.
Sadly I cannot recommend booking with this company after the way our party were treated and at the peak-season price of nearly Eur30,000 a week, I cannot accept the lack of seating and glassware for a property that sleeps 12, I understand plastic glasses are appropriate for around the pool but for dining, a selection of glassware for different beverages is a minimum. The sanitaryware has scratches on it. The walls have obvious paint touch-ups but the paint doesn't blend in. Some of the upholstery could do with a bit of a clean, most is fine but the standards aren't Eur30,000 a week standard.
It's not uncommon for pre-sales service to be impeccable as that's where the upsell opportunities are but I reiterate, it's the whole experience, start to end that leaves customers with their lasting impressions.
After reading the reply from mykonos.luxury I may have mis-quoted slightly as their previous response to Katie Sylvester's review described us as a 'low-budget reservations', not client, but feels the need to differentiate us 'low-budget reservations' from VIPs whilst claiming to treat both the same - not so if you have to categorise your customers in this way by their own words. We paid the advertised price for the property for that time of year. There is still a desire to 'fight' rather than accept responsibility for the way things were handled and once again, for yes, the twelfth time if you wish, the chair broke... it was not broken by an individual and yet we were treated like criminals as indicated by calling the police (no crime? no police surely?). Other guests may never have had breakages although by the lack of glasses, I'd say they have and these have not been replaced over time.
Sadly the reply is disappointing and does not fill me with any greater confidence. Per my title, Bookers beware.

The Management Co. tell lies
I was one of the group of ladies who recently stayed at a villa managed by Mykonos Luxury.
It’s apparent from reading the many copy and paste responses from the management team, specifically Chris, that this company likes to tell lies about situation’s when they don’t go well.
To address specific lies.
1. Being moved from our original, very high spec original villa - Mega Mansions II - to a superior villa due to ‘Technical Issues’. Here is the original email (15 Jan ’25) received from Mykonos Luxury giving reasons as to why we were moved:
‘So Lisa,
Please take a deep breath to hear the bad news and the good news simultaneously!
The bad news is that Mykonos is in Greece (a Balkan country....). This results in its inhabitants being irresponsible, unreliable and money-driven. I am giving this introduction to share with you the fact that the Mega Mansion Owner has received a request for a whole month, 3rd May to 1st June, for his villa Mega Mansion, with the effective result of cancelling on us as we only reserved last year and for 4 days....
Now the good news. The good news is that he will OFCOURSE fully refund, and that we can move your group to an even sexier property just 700 meters next to Mega Mansion, the famous and popular Black Villa. I am attaching the link, which you should press , as I can tell you are not breathing right now (as was I for two hours until I fixed this) and I promise you, once you press the link and look at an even better version of the Mega Mansion (Cleopatra Black) you heart will go back to its place....!
Please accept not only the swap but also the complimentary transfers for putting you through this temporary shock!
The payment you made stands, and the total budget is the same! I will send you the new contract for the new villa asap!
I hope you are alive and I also hope to meet you when you are on the island!

2. You ‘remained polite and professional throughout, even as I was met with yelling and threats’ …..This is a complete lie. As is documented in other reviews, you screamed and shouted at us in an intimidating manner, to the extent that your own member of staff told you to calm down. If anyone is reading this review and would like proof of this of this behaviour, please message any one of us and we can share more details.
3. Our housekeeper reported collecting over 30 empty bottles of alcohol the following day’ ……Given the fact we were all out most of the day and evening on a private catamaran I find it hard to believe that we would be able to consume 30 bottles of alcohol in one evening and I don’t think we actually purchased 30 bottles of alcohol during the entire duration of 4 night stay! Quite frankly, this is a ridiculous statement.
Please do not trust Mykonos Luxury with your holiday booking.

I have just returned from a stay at Cleopatra II, managed by Mykonos Luxury, with a group of ladies celebrating a 50th birthday. Our stay was very mixed. The Villa and surrounding area were beautiful but needs some changes.
- [ ] Shower heads were scaled and rusty in some places
- [ ] There were ants around the pool which should have been spotted before our arrival
- [ ] No basics left such as salt pepper coffee oil - which I suppose are just a nice touch’s , but that how you get luxury status.
These aside, there was construction work opposite and I don’t mean a bit of brick laying, there was what you would class as excavation work, which we weren’t warned about. We could possibly have adjusted our plans to take this into consideration…
Yes they provided a pick up/ airport drop for us and yes they let us check in at 10pm ish.
We had an issue with a chair that was being used as ‘sitting device.’. Our friend disappeared under the table with a loud cracking noise. Thankfully only bruising her arm, but if she had caught her chin the outcome would have been much worse.
We told the management straight away and as a result had our last days ruined by this company. The customer service was non existent. No - is the lady ok, no - can we replace the chair so you all have somewhere to sit… just confrontational shouting stating that we damaged the chair and refusing to let us leave the villa until we paid for a new one. We had offered to go halves in the chair anyway.
They said we hadn’t paid a security deposit - they sent an email stating there nothing to pay… !
The end result the management company held our transfer to the airport so we couldn’t leave and apparently called the
Police. We paid the full amount of the chair (minus delivery costs) so we could leave and come home.
The area is lovely, the villa has great potential to be amazing.
The management company however is possibly one of the worst I have ever encountered. I am giving this review one star in the hope that the villa
Owners see the review and move to another company. I would be livid if I knew guests staying in my villa were treated this way.
