Mai Manniche står i går aftes og udtaler, at hun er blevet snydt, og at det indiske firma hun arbejder med har stjålet HENDES design - det er direkte løgn, for jeg har LIGE været i kontakt med firmaet, da det også er dem jeg blandt andet bruger til at genskabe "De franske kronjuveler"
De siger at Mai bare har købt DERES design, som alle kan, men at hun tog ekstremt mange penge for dem... Men det Mai kalder sine designs, er altså noget ALLE i verden kan købe fra DWS jewels.
Hun graver sig bare mere og mere ned, nu med løgnehistorier om mine leverandører, og DET bryder jeg mig ikke om.

Mai Used To Buy Jewelry From Our Open Collection Which Is Available On Website And Also Make Her Own Collection Which She Paid For Development Charges. Her Own Developed Designs Which Is Paid By Her Not Displayed Anywhere As Per Company Policy But Open Designs Which She Bought From Website Sold In Very High Prices At Her Website Is Being Exposed By Danish Media After Chanti One Of Brand Bought Jewelry From Website And Sold Under Her Brand Name. Now She Is Blaming That We Copy Her Design And Sold It To Chanti And Also Blaming Chanti To Copy Her Designs. Despite Fact A Lot Of Retailers Buy Jewelry From Website Which Is Open Collection.

Scam.

My first visit was beyond expectation. You feel at home from the moment you step in the door. One is amazed how helpful and how much the staff knows about jewelry. They are patient and you have all the time you want to try out the different jewelry. I personally love their beautiful jewelry and in the future a lot of my jewelry will be bought there.

Did get very nice help about the products and ended up buying 2 rings for my wife.

Very unprofessional and bad service.
Delivery took almost 2 weeks and was delayed, though I had called with reminders twice and was promised that it would be delivered in due time, as it was a present. They claimed to have forgot it, but no compensation or excuse for the inconvenience of the delay.
When I finally got the product, the quality was so cheap that I returned it. However, they somehow "never received it" and refused to give me my money refund or even a compensation. I have never experienced problems like that with other companies.
I got the worst customer service ever. No excuse for the delay or any kind of compensation or kindness and my money is lost. How can you run a business like that?

I've just received my order 6 jewelies.
These real jewely (not on the website pictuers) are much more fantastic than my expectation.
Japanese lady is not so big, that's why there is not jewely about a sense of existence like your jewely.
