I submitted an online order out of hours which was ready to collect within minutes of the store opening. At the store, Nicky was very helpful and friendly and quickly found my items. She checked carefully through the bill to make sure I received all the discounts. All the items were as expected and good value for money.

Amazing service from Carol, fished out a few pairs of trainers for me and price matched my items. Absolutely amazing job, thank you :)

Came out fully loaded for a camping trip and only spent £30!
Service was great and the lady at the desk even gave my little girl her sparkly pen from her lanyard, as Rosie told her she loved her pen. It really did make her day and was such a nice thing for the lady to do. :-)

Carol was most helpful in helping me too choose the boots that were just right for me.

Went to look at some tents, good selection but the one we wanted wasn't available, Will checked stock and was so helpful in phoning to try to secure one at the Hull branch but to no avail.
We had a think when Kurt stepped in, rang Euan and Abe at Lincoln and saved the day.

Always enjoy my visits to Go outdoors in Scunthorpe - all the staff are very helpful from checking a gas cylinder would fit in the campervan to helping unlace walking boots - a special thanks to Carol for that one!

Visited the scunthorpe branch today and didn't know what i was really looking for. A lovely lady called Carol came to the rescue. She was so helpful and polite, got me sorted in no time.

Carol was extremely helpful even after I had a mishap with click and collect she resolved it instantly and went above and beyond for me, a real model employee

From entering the building the staff welcomed you. They have a large range of products to suit all needs and prices. We purchased a pair of walking boots. Carol was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. She even took all of our items to the till for us whilst we continued looking for other items.

We were visiting the area camping so popped into the Scunthorpe branch for a few extra bits ….. everyone was really friendly & helpful sorting us out with what we were looking for…. special thanks to Carol & Will for making it a really pleasant visit …genuine interest & friendly conversation, no rushing us & took time to make friends with our Border Terrier … our local Go Outdoors could learn a lesson two …. Great staff with a positive attitude

We visited store on Tuesday 12th august to buy women’s walking boots. The ladies that served me , Maxine and Anna were great, very friendly, quick to bring sizes I needed to try and very knowledgeable . This was great as I was looking to spend around £150 . I Left with the perfect walking boots

Really helpful staff there, Maxine especially helped me by promoting there £1 items when you buy a tent, lovely staff all round and very happy with purchase will come again

Carol was lovely and very very helpful! I was very unsure on sizes and she got me every size to try she was very attentive and helped massively with my decision providing her opinion whenever I asked she was so lovely I couldn’t recommend her enough when choosing a new pair of shoes:)
