Excellent service from Sue on the till at Scunthorpe store

Robyn took the time to listen to my needs with regards to walking boots and then to ensure I had the time to try them all on until I was happy with my choice. I have always found this stores staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have visited.

Was met at the front of store, found what we wanted. Sue on checkout was polite and funny. Will go back in the future

I was looking for new walking shoes and I was assisted very professionally by a lady whose name I didn’t recall but she got me into a fabulous pair of shoes that up to now are so very comfortable, waterproof and grippy! The lady on the till called Kerry was super kind and helped to retrieve my old account details so I could get my discounts. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Only popped in to look at coats and ended up buying two. They had a brilliant selection. The staff were very helpful and attentive and Sue was very polite and friendly on the checkout.

Came in to drop off a parcel and buy two waterproof coats and I found the staff extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted at the door and he helped direct me to the correct place, then a lady helped me at the kiosk as I had no idea what I was doing. Then at the till, Nicky was extremely helpful and patient with me as I was using 3 gift cards and had to renew my membership card.

There was also a good selection of coats to browse.

Staff were so helpful in assisting my tent purchase and membership at the till. No hassle experience whatsoever .

After a terrible experience with the Hull store,I rang Scunthorpe and spoke to Josh who was very polite and helpful. Visited the store the next day, unfortunately there was an issue with my order. All staff involved couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful. Kurt, store manager was brilliant in trying to resolve the issues and really went above and beyond. Would definitely use this store again

I was assisted by a lovely lady called Carol. She advised me of appropriate ‘walking’ trainers and insoles, as I have plantar’s fasciitis. Carol was increasingly helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Carol.

Staff were so helpful. I think he was called josh who helped us decide which self inflating mattress was best. He demonstrated them and really went above and beyond to help us. Then at the checkout we had another great experience with nicky, she was friendly and helpful when sorting out my nhs discount. Really great shop

I walked into gooutdoors today for a pair of hiking shoes.
As a lady with size 8 feet I was concerned I wouldn't have much choice.
Carol served me today, she couldn't have been more helpful!
She brought out a large selection of shoes to try and gave me lots of useful information. Friendly and helpful. I left the shop with a great pair at a fabulous price and a few other items too! 5 ☆
