Above and beyond
Great advice and guidance given to me off a tall gentleman in regards to the best waterproof trousers for my needs.
Then, Carol was a superstar! I was so indecisive about which pair of goretex walking shoes I needed and what size. She absolutely got her steps in going back and forth getting different shoes for me and always with a smile on her face and a friendly comment. Thank you Carol for being kind and super helpful. Great staff in Scunthorpe!
Kurt spent quite a while with us explaining the pros and cons of each pair of walking shoes whilst fetching various different types to try on. He didn’t make us feel like we were annoying at all and happily escorted us to the till when asked about the price match offer to ensure we got it!
Nicky on the till explained that the additional 10% wasn’t going to be continued but hey ho the till didn’t know and knocked it off too!
We are so pleased to have been looked after today and will continue to shop at the Scunthorpe store! Thanks guys 👍👍
