I can not recommend Fjellsport enough. Fast delivery, quality product time after time. I ordered at 8am in the morning and received product at 4pm in the afternoon. I rarely shop anywhere else. And this is not from a robot..... 💪💪

My favorite place to order hiking gear from. The website is modern and reliable. I have track of all my orders and previous purchases. Delivery is the fastest I've experienced. Sometimes I'm able to get delivery at the same day I ordered. They have a good variety of payment options. And at last the customer service is extraordinary. If something is wrong it's been fixed straight away

Fjellsport is a highly recommended shop for all kinds of sport. Good prices, fast delivery and good customer service. I have bought several items from Fjellsport over the years, and I have always been a happy customer. They also have great offers from time to time.

I recently bought an Arc'teryx Alpha AR jacket after waiting weeks for a good offer (25%). Fast delivery within a week.

A week after buying the jacket I noticed Fjellsport had increased the discount from 25% to 32%. I reached out to customer service (chat) and within minutes I got credited the extra 7%.
Just for the record, their chat customer service is open 8am-11pm, which is extraordinary by Norwegian standards.

Ordered a product for well over NOK 1000. So that qualifies for free delivery. That was 4 days ago. Order processing took 24 hours. Nothing delivered so far. No tracking info either. No order status info on Fjellsport website.
They actually advertise with "lightning-fast" delivery. What a disgusting joke!! I hope what I ordered and paid for will arrive at all.

Bought 2 pair of boots that was due to be delivered with in 7-14 days.
Called fjellsport customer service after 14 days to know how far they where, and was told that they would take a bit longer. Then I wrote them and email 20 days later, to know what the status off the order was, just to be told 2 days later in the reply that the boot was out of stock with the supplier, and that they could not deliver. In the mean time they have had my 6700 kr, and have not contacted me.

I'am a glad customer in this online shop since over 5 year's now and i haven't had any problems yet. The quality of the most products there is good and they have reliable prices. From time to time they have som bargains too... The delivery time is very short and depends maybe a little bit where you stay in this country. But the crew from Fjellsport ship's out very quickly.
In case of a return, i haven't also had problems to here... - My rating therefore 5 Stars at all for Fjellsport.no - Absolutely recommended

I ordered backpack which was suppose to be delivered in 7 to 14 days. After two weeks waiting without hearing from Fjellesport I sent them email asking when my package will be delivered, and after 3 more days got an answer that backpack wasn't sent yet and I should not expect it to be delivered any time soon since they can't get it from their supplier.

I understand things like that can happen from time to time but I just wasted 3 weeks and still have to wait for another few days to get my money back. I should be informed short after placing an order that for reason mentioned above my order will be delayed by x weeks, so I could cancel it and place an order somewhere else.
