Honestly absolutely amazing. Lucy and her team took a very difficult situation for us as a family and made it so much better and easier. I honestly could not recommend them more highly.

My children have hugely benefited from the expertise of Lucy and her tutors for over two years now. Lucy has always been available when I've needed advice, guidance and reassurance. Terrible company to work for. after an incredibly long and extrememelly time consuming process. After 3 months, finally joined the agency. then after all this you have to apply for every single litle job only one or two hours of tutoring for each role and compete yet again with lots of other people. Extremelly busy and compettitive environment, even though one applies for the very few jobs available in ones area, the consultants are too busy to even aknowledge this, and expect you to be availalble for roles that are 90min drive away and just one hour. A lot of time was waisted in all this process and it never led to jobs as other people were selected. This plus an incredibly unfriendly atitude on the part of the consultant, with no regard for my needs or my time made it all an horrendous process, being made to jump trough loops, like applying for the same job many times. no regard was made for my time at all. As I complained I was then sumarily asked to go even though in the process of joining the compliance was soooo strict it turned my life upside down. very bad place.

In this business communication and hearing how the process is doing is a time consuming process.......Well NOT with this company. Beth was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we sorted getting me on board in 24 hours.

I have been in this business nearly 20 years and I have to say this was the best service I have received.

Lucy is just amazing. She has been our tutor for the past 6 years for our two children. She helped both of them prepare for pretest and improve their creative writing skills massively, as well as interview practice. We are so grateful!!

The team work so well together. Does not matter who I speak to, they are always helpful!

The management of this company is appalling.
They lost the details of the child to be tutored.
I made all the phone calls to them - when they said they would phone me back they never did. I only had one email updating me on what was happening.
When they found a tutor she was unaware of the time/day we required. We were not told of the price even though I asked and the tutor was surprised that she would have to supply the information. The tutor was not happy either!
I have not heard anything since the zoom meeting with the tutor nearly two weeks ago. An apology would have been nice!
I have since been with another agency who have been very professional.

Lucy and her team are simply excellent.

Lucy and her team is amazing. My son had lessons while the world was on lock down and she supported my son with his English query. I would blindly support her and take suggestions from her no matter if she is still my sons tutor or not. She and her team respond within time with any feedbacks.

Lucy is a truly exceptional tutor, working with passion, energy and integrity. Having worked with Lucy a number of times it is fair to say her impact with students is truly incredible and quite rightly, she is in high demand as a tutor!

Lucy is a one of kind! Fun, friendly, engaging and she puts the love of learning straight back into her sessions. All the tutors we had for our year 8 son’s term of homeschooling were wonderful! We continue to employ Lucy to support our daughter in certain aspects too.

Education Boutique, headed by Lucy Alexandra Spencer, is a really great team. They are professional in their dealings with clients, and are always happy to support fellow tutors with professional development. During the lockdown earlier this year, Lucy, so generously, taught hundreds of children for free! She also runs networking and training events for tutors. I highly recommend Lucy and her team for tuition.

Lucy recently ran professional CPD training for me for other tutors, which has also had a huge impact on our own delivery. She is the consummate professional and always open to supporting others whether they are students or colleagues. Lucy will remain one of my go to tutors for high quality training.

When my daughter was struggling having changed schools a few years ago a friend recommended Lucy and we couldn’t have been happier. My daughter instantly liked her and felt at ease, she gained confidence and sailed through her SATS. I will be contacting Lucy again for help with GCSE’s!
