Worst customer service ever

I bought a Longchamp Pliage L at Edisac Bruges two weeks before Christmas. When I opened it on Christmas Day, I noticed visible cuts in the handle. I immediately returned to the store. hey sent the bag to Longchamp and told me I had to pay €50 for repairs—despite the fact that I never even used the bag.

This is extremely disappointing service. A reputable store should take responsibility for damaged products instead of pushing the cost onto the customer. I expected much better from Edisac and Longchamp.
