I recently had a very disappointing experience at Andersen Biler Gladsaxe . I purchased a used car Ford Kuga model 2020 on July 7, 2025, driven 60000km and it has been nothing short of a nightmare since then.
First, the customer service was lacking. The sales staff seemed more interested in making a sale than addressing my questions or concerns. After the purchase, I encountered several issues with the vehicle, including error in the sensor and problem in the steering wheel and brakes. When I reached out for assistance, I felt ignored and unvalued as a customer.
Additionally, the follow-up service has been inadequate. I expected a dealership of your reputation to stand by their products and provide support, but that has not been my experience. And everytime i have a questions they ignore and answer rudely.
I feel very taken advantage of for not being able to speak fluent danish as they think I didn’t know my rights.
I would not recommend Andersen Biler to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle or good customer service.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and regret my decision to purchase from this dealership.

Leasing with Nissan

3 years Hyundai Service
This is the first time I had service agreement with Andersen Biler A/S Søborg. I used to have yearly service for my Hyundai I20 with Auto House Hvidovre A/S . It was wonderful and they describe every things clearly in the paper about what they have checked with my car in service.
But in Gladsaxe Møllevej 4 , they don't mention clearly about what they have checked in the service . They just mentioned 3years service . It makes the costumer confused about what they have checked. When I compared the service papers from Auto House Hvidovre with Andersen Biler A/S Søborg , I found a lot of texts missing in Søborg . Even they don't mention the mechanics name in the paper . But Auto House Hvidovre is better in mentioning the service they have done in the car. I am not satisfied 100% for my money I have paid to Service in Søborg Andersen Biler at Gladsaxe Møllevej 4. As a costumer , we wants the service for our money we pay them. My experience with Søborg Gladsaxe is not really fantastic. For example : In Auto House Hvidovre A/S , they Checked Efterse brændstoffer , Filter assembly ,pollen ,Fyld op med væsker i diverse etc but in Andersen Biler Søborg, they don't mention all those things. I liked Auto House Hvidovre better than Andersen Biler Søborg. They have to be serious about mentioning all those things they have checked. Note: I bought my car from Auto House Hvidovre. I went to Andersen Biler A/S Søborg because they have longer opening time.

Poor internal coordination
I've been experienced a very poor service due to poor internal coordination.
2 weeks ago I've been proposed (by Andersen Biler personnel in Herlev) an appointment for a campaign on my Citroen. I accepted and the lady, together with the mechanic, officially booked an appointment for today.
Today I've showed up and the personnel at the desk just said that it was a mistake.
It looked like joke. I'm not impressed by how they've handled their own mistakes.
