I realized that function of WhatsMover works well, but it seems there is some technical issue with my mobile (Xiaomi 17 Pro) when transferring the whatsapp data. Meanwhile, I had a pleasant experience when seeking support through email. Teresa from WooTechy Team was responsive and helpful to my enquiries. She understands my need and feeling, and I am satisfied with her professional service and advices provided. All in all, the team works pretty good with their customer support upon purchasing their product, and it is worth for the purchase though I am still facing some technical issues.

As far as customer service Stella was amazing and got me the refund I asked for. The app imovego was not quite what was shown in the ad i saw for it you have to use a computer for certain games which wasn’t specified and you also need a computer for initial download which wasn’t specified in the ad which was quite annoying

A complex but excellent program. I initially had issues (of my own doing) with the program, however, WooTechy support was not only excellent and helpful but patient. I appreciate that kind of customer service greatly.

Been using iMoveGO for about 2 years, and ive never gotten a warning as long as you follow the teleport cooldown rules! Also, support is very helpful when contacted during their service hours. Belinda gave me excellent support and answered all my questions 👍

The tool looks good and is easy to use. Sadly it didn't work with my particular android (oneplus 9 pro) and therefore I don't give 5 stars.
Customer service (Rina) was very helpful trying to solve my issue! in the end we couldn't make it work but I got a refund without any hassle!

Im unable to solve the issue, due to the outdated system in their software, in which they promised to update, subsequently they supply me with a different software. even though it doesnt solve my problem, its their customer service team, to be specific Livia, at first the reply was slow, however once im sharing my issue, it was fast and proactive.
