Client service was fast and friendly in replying and resolving my retour package. New shipment arrived just a day after placing my new order. Higly recommended!
I ordered many Christmas items at once and part of them did not arrive, due to a mismatch in their codes vs. names on the site.
However, the Customer Service apologized and tried immediately to clarify and solve the situation. They kept me updated via email with the evolution of their actions and we reached easily an agreement that was very satisfactory.
They absolutely deserve 5 stars for customer care performance. Special thanks to Sigrid and Emma!
As regards the delivered items, they were of good quality, well packed and quickly delivered.
I order fish food and another diffrent things , packages came in diffrent times ! I wrote one e-mail answer is thats normal , what most make my angory is l’m still do not get what l paid for . Bad company

Fantastic service and exactly what I ordered.
We had a very nice experience buying our outdoor dinner table at Warentuin. Short after I bought the product online I received an email with the delivery day. The table was delivered on the promised day by a very friendly guy. The table is very beautiful and it was easy to put together. We would definitely recommend buying at their webshop.
They sell products that they don't physically have. After 2 days you get an info "sorry but we do not have this product" we will refund the money in 14 working days. It's a mockery and disrespect for the customer. I pay immediately and should get a refund immediately if I can, the company too. HERITAGE

Because of Covid-19 lockdown, all shops are closed in the Netherlands and I had to buy by Christmas tree decoration online. I came across this shop and their products looked ok online. Delivery was quite expensive, 7 euros, but since all the shops were closed, I had to go for it. They sent me another color of the product. I, of course, contacted their customer service and sent them photos to show that they either put different product in their website or they have sent me completely different one. Well, first they replied me that I should have purchased in the physical shop and not online (reminder: all such shops in the Netherlands, including Warentuin, are closed for 1 month). Then they said that they don't see any difference in the colours of the product and if I don't like it I can return it at my cost. So I am paying 7 euros to get a wrong order, then I need to pay another 10 euros to send it back. Plus, I remain without Christmas decoration this Christmas. What can I say? Save your nerves, save your money, save your time and keep away from this scammers. Never again Warentuin!!!!

Really poor online experience, I made two orders there and both were completely wrong. Both the number of items, the item itself, the colour, everything was off. The support offered to replace the items after I send them back, meaning that I have to walk with the items to the local PostNL point and then hope that the next ones will be correct...

I placed this order on May 18, via Bol.com.
I have emailed both Bol.com, and Warentuin on multiple occasions. Still no delivery, and no satisfactory explanation, other than they will look into it.
Allegedly shipped in May, but no confirmation email, nor receipt of delivery.
I never get further than that. So still more than a month later, I have no success.
What disgraceful customer service.

I ordered a Sun Wave Parasol from Warentuin but via bol.com, and Warentuin sent me the wrong item with the wrong size. Now I have to deal with their customer support to figure out a way to get the correct item. It's really shocking how they could make such a mistake, while the order done on bol.com was pretty clear...
Update: I contacted support 1 week ago, and still the problem is not resolved, and no solution was proposed yet. It's taken a very long time to fix the problem. So frustrating...

I ordered a large Christmas wreath (real not plastic) online, which is always a risk. When it arrived (quickly and well packaged), I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the wreath was made. So green, so beautiful, nicely large, such great quality. And the smell! Just like Christmas :) Also important- the price is so unbelievably reasonable for this quality of product! Will order again!
Product not delivered 2 weeks after I ordered it! I phoned DHL and they confirmed you have not yet delivered the package to them yet, only created a DHL delivery request for which I got an email and track & trace link but no further action yet as the item is still with you and not yet provided to DHL to deliver. I even made sure of delivery before ordering it by phoning Warentuin the Friday who told me the item (umbrella stand) is in stock and can be shipped early the next week. Your delivery service is a joke! How can you tell people you can deliver if you actually cannot? This is why I bought from you as it seemed like you are the closest to my home and can deliver the fastest. I am now considering renting a car to pick it up myself or it will probably only be delivered after the summer when it is winter already. After about 10 calls with your customer service, they dont have any solutions for me and also dont know when it will be delivered. What kind of business does this? This is where your upper management needs to get involved and finds a creative idea when issues like this develops. Your service point seems very behind on informations and everyone is on leave the whole time. If this is not fixed soon I wont order from you ever again and also tell everyone I know to stay away.
