I brought there face mask eye mask and neck massager and the neck massager is not working properly I have sent a video to show them as requested and all they say is they will give me a discount off it if I keep it ,as I replied if it does not work what is the point in keeping it .After numerous emails of me asking just to replace it they have said because it’s over 6 months old they won’t . I would not buy anything from them again as I think they have no interest in you once you have brought the item and I certainly would not recommend the neck massager I only used it a few times a week and it’s broken

Terrible customer service. Ordered an item. Took weeks to arrive. It was faulty. When I contacted them they said I could return it at my expense to France!! Or receive 20% refund!!! Why would I want 20% refund on an item that doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Here’s my honest thought: I wasn’t expecting much, but OMG, this blew me away. My skin feels firmer, and I’ve even gotten a few compliments! The relaxing effect is an added bonus. This company are a bunch of crooks. I ordered my product early July. It’s never arrived. I’ve been fobbed off and fobbed off for three months now. They don’t respond to e mails or when they do they basically talk utter crap. I’ve requested a refund now as I’m sick of waiting but they refuse one. If anyone has any useful info on how I can sue this company or report them to trading standards from Spain please feel free to contact me.

I ordered the 7 in 1 facial, it never worked!! I thought maybe I had not charged it properly. Anyway long story short of it being less than a year being purchased finally got round to contacting the company. No response on a faulty product, pathetic customer service and goods not fit for purpose. This company only offers faulty items avoid whenever possible.

I placed an order for the LED eye wand on January 4th, 2024. Initially, I received a confirmation email on the day of the order, but I haven't received any further updates since then. After contacting the support team a week later, I was informed that my order had been shipped. However, the email lacked information about the courier company or an estimated delivery date.

It has now been three weeks since I made the purchase, and despite reaching out to them twice more via email, I haven't received any updates on the status of my order. There is no contact telephone number, making it impossible to communicate directly with them. This lack of communication is causing concern, and I'm unsure about the status of my order and if I will receive it.

LED Mask is THE thing to have. I used to go to a clinic to have facial treatments, and after discovering Vinhousse... it saved me so much time and money and of course, my skin is better after using the LED mask. Prefer the red light for my case, super convenient to not stay put while the mask is working to fix your skin! Recommend!

My wife Mandy Bought 2x guasha face massagers BOTH are faulty DO NOT WORK company now being awkward regarding giving her a refund so we will now open up a dispute with VISA who she used to make her purchasers to get refunded and report this company to trading standards. BUYERS BEWARE
