Was lied to by Vinceron

Bought an album and a week later I was sent an email that my money had been refunded and my order canceled because they did not have the item in stock. I checked the item page and not only did they have it, the price was raised $40 from what I paid, they outright lied to me.

Please do not use this company, even if you do get what you paid for, there are other companies that actually respect their customers.

Randy Treibel is a scalper

The best description of this "business" is the owner is a scalper. He buys something at normal or lower cost then sells it much higher than it's worth. That's assuming you even get the product you ordered. He lists on LinkedIn that he earned an MBA in 1984 which is obviously not correct. He hasn't aged well but he's not 60 and very likely doesn't have a degree So, he's a liar, a scammer, and a huckster.

Held my money for 10 weeks then said they didn’t have inventory and cancelled my order when I finally asked and lost patience (I purchased a vinyl that is now 3-4 times the price I purchased at). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH

Bought a vinyl that wasn’t there…

Bought a vinyl that apparently was never in their stock from the start so almost a month later I message them about why the product says “shipped” yet no updates were happening. I message them and they say they don’t have that in stock but can update me when it does and/or I can get a refund, so I asked for a full refund and now a month later, I have yet to hear anything back from them… Do not at all give this company your time or money. This company is absolutely trash with everything down to customer service. I do not recommend, maybe for someone who has an interest in scammers, than this might be the company for you.

Scalpers

So ridiculously overpriced it’s actually hilarious. Do not buy from them - wait for restocks!

Never order from them

Never order from them. I ordered a rare lp of their Amazon store. It indicated as in stock. It’s 4 weeks later and the order “is still in transit”. According to them they re covid’s fault. How low can you get to blame a pandemic for your crap service

Waited three weeks for an item

Waited three weeks for an item. Inquired through the proper channels three times. Three strikes you are out. Thank you PayPal for getting my money back. I wouldn't consider them for any purchase. Look at Facebook for the reviews.

Refunded my item weeks after release

Refunded my item weeks after release. No apology, no explanation.
And, it was priced a lot more than the RRP of the actual artist store!
First purchase from the supplier, don’t think I’ll make another.
At least the refund was actioned with the cancellation… so there’s an extra review point for you.

Rip-off price, that's if you even get your item

Pre-ordered a vinyl in July that came out in August. Several weeks after the vinyl was released it still had not been marked shipped. I contacted the company and was told they had not gotten their shipment in yet. Fair enough. But then I found it on the original website (Books-A-Million, where that vinyl was an exclusive) for over $15 cheaper (and as of now is actually $40 cheaper!). It isn't even advertised on Vinceron correctly as it is limited to 1,000 and they say 1,500.
Anyways, I purchased from Books-A-Million and it was delivered before Vinceron supposedly ever even got their shipment in.
I just find it interesting that there is nothing in the Vinceron listing stating this was a BAM! exclusive, that it is almost 3x more expensive than on BAM!, and that they appear to have several in stock and they ALL are brand new but have the exact same blemish on the sleeve?

The only good thing about my experience was that the customer service was quick to cancel and refund my order at my request.
