Tried to give them another chance. Purchased a measly 2.98 package
. Charged my bank account. Didn't get the credit so could play. Help desk kept saying referred to technical department. Then came back and said it didn't go thru. But if I go and fix the previous trustpilot review that I left they would give me 5sc and 50000gc credit.
provided screen shot of online bank account showing that it in fact went thru. Once again they said it is referred to technical dept. .. still nothing .. so going thru bank to dispute charge and re recommending DONT GO HERE.

Don't trust this site, doesn't let you withdraw and when you ask support, they just link you to TOS. STAY AWAY

RTP is a complete disappointment. I believe its the same company behind Chip n Win—just without the win part. Save your money and look elsewhere. It’s likely a sister brand created to support Chip n Win while protecting their main image, acting as a siphon to balance their profit and loss.

WORST EVERYTHING EVER!!!!! Worst site, worst gaming, worst customer service, worst redemption, worst purchase. You name it, they are the worst at it! Don't expect any help from customer service. Don't expect to be able to redeem. Watch out for unauthorized charges on your card!!!

Blocked account access after my first redemption. Sent an email stating my redemption was rejected due to an issue with provider to my bank account which is false. Support non existent and tells me to re sign up, which I can't do through the same email or the a different browser, which did not work. They scammed a lot of people and I would avoid at all cost! Going to issue a chargeback and report to the BBB.

Support said my account was re locked because I left them a bad review and they will not return my funds!!!! Avoid them like the plague

THIS CASINO HAS RULES DEEP & HIDDEN IN ORDER TO PAY YOU OUT. I TURNED .50 DAILY BONUS INTO 65 SC =$65. Supposedly in there most absurd rules you can only turn your .50 into 5 SC only. Then …. I don’t know. I told support if I could turn my .50 only into 5 SC then that’s what I did and I turned 5SC into 65 SC. I put in a redemption .. they cancelled it cleared my balance and gave me 5 SC. What kind of wanna be broke down casino would do this? I’ve heard of some pretty bad stuff but this?? WOW! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR PLAY AT ALL ON THIS CASINO. THEY SCAM .. THEY DONT WANT TO PAY YOU SO THEY HAVE HIDDEN RULES.. SCAM ARTISTS

Absolute GARBAGE. This site it sketchy. Customer service is horrible. Redemptions are supposedly instant but they are not. This site seemed promising at first but it’s creating. Makes me wanna start a class action lawsuit against them. Very frustrating experience. False advertising scum

Honestly I didn't even wanna rate a one. This was the worst customer service ever. I purchased 2x for coins once at 10:54 pm then 10:55 pm and only recieved credit for one purchase so I contacted live chat only to wait for almost 3 hours constantly check back asking hello is there anyone there is there anyone here that'll help me anyone here that'll help me no one responded 3 hours later I get a response that my ticket is closed and solved what kind of services that pissed me all the way off pissed me all the way off so way way rude to the lady and I probably cussed her out as well because it's really BS that you put your money in your time into this to just get a closed ticket and never got a response at all so you just quit checking and give up because you're not getting any help but then when you finally go back and check 3 hours later oh there they are with a close ticket March solved no BS bsps place a joke

Payment methods are already limited to only two avenues credit/debit or crypto. I couldent even complete a first purchase because the page to submit payment credentials was completely unresponsive. Couldent type in card info and none of the buttons worked. Did some more research and realized bonuses can have a 10x to 20x playthrough requirement which is asinine. Why would anyone go through this stress when sites like Crown Coins, Pulsz, and Zula exist? Playthrough SHOULD BE 1x and there should be severely avenues for payments including PayPal. I would steer clear of this shady site.

JUST CHECKED OUT A NEW SITE VEGAS GLORY, RETURN TO PLAYER IS NOTHING, DID HIT A GOOD WIN IN THE BEGINNING BUT THEN NOTHING SPIN,LOSE, REPEAT, SPIN LOSE REPEAT VERY SAD FOR A NEW SITE.
