Ordered a week ago. Nothing received and tracking not updated. Tried to contact twice with no response!
No Communication, Terrible Overall Service
Placed an order on January 19th. At 9.20pm on January 28th it’s still to arrive.
Dispatch email arrived on January 24th after three unanswered contacts, two by email, one via online contact form.
The order also had 2 (out of 3) items removed without communication.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible service.
Never received my order
Never received my order! Sent multiple emails and no response. My bank is currently trying to reverse the transaction. Avoid!!!
First time ordering now £300 down.
I’m out of pocket £300 after placing a large order as I buy in bulk for myself. Nearly 2 weeks ago I placed the order and still not received. No reply to emails or through their website. I am so upset!!! I need to wait a while to do a claim back through the bank. Do not use this company. I’ve also noticed they said they have 5* on trust pilot. Well isn’t that a lie!!

I’ve used this company for a while and honestly they’ve been great! Fast shipping and includes the products I ordered.
HOWEVER… I don’t know if they’re going through something at the moment as it has been a week since I ordered and I’ve still got nothing. No communication or anything despite me emailing them days ago. I’m legit just leaving this to possibly get a response (then I’ll remove it). I can’t go through my bank yet and I acknowledge it hasn’t been long…. But every day I wait is costing me an extra £6 on snus and I’d ordered the batch to try and manage my money🥲 the 1 star reviews have mostly been over the last month so clearly something is going on

Ordered on 26/12 and didn’t receive order until 3/1 despite emailing twice no communication from seller on why my order was taking so long or any indication that it would take longer on their website will not order from here again

First 2 orders were great, cheap and quick delivery. Then my last order missing items. Emailed them several times with no reply. Worst customer services ever. Left without products and no refund. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

It's been almost 2 weeks and my order is still unfulfilled even though the site says 2 day tracked delivery. I've attempted to contact the company via their website twice and then directly via email but have had no response. I cant even see an option to cancel my order and get a refund.

If you’re looking for a vape company with fast delivery and honest guidance on their website … then don’t use vape globe.
- next day delivery is one of there unique selling points - this has never happened in my experience
- same day dispatch “oooohh this is a nice thought” again never happened!
- culminating in my latest order just never happening! Fortunately banking protocols have moved on and they have sorted the refund!
Genuinely avoid this company; yes they’re cheap but that’s likely because it’s Russian roulette as to if you’ll receive your order … unless of course you like paying for goods which don’t arrive or are dispatched ridiculously late … if that is the case then this is the company for you!
Also, I’m no business owner but I’d have thought replying to customers emails maybe a relative good starting point!
