This used to be my Go To shop

This used to be my Go To shop. Went to go order my usual £70 worth of goods and the website says they can't deliver to my address despite them delivering here for over a year. Sent an email with no reply. They never seem to reply to emails and the customer service is dismal.

Has been my GOTO store for many months however it is now telling me it cannot ship to my address in Scotland?
Really hope this is a temporary glitch?
Emailed helpline and used store help too, nothing, found a cheaper alternative luckily, would have been nice to just have some clarification that they no longer deliver to Scotland after being a loyal customer for so long.

Absolutely first class service

Absolutely first class service - order received in less than 24 hours and I live in NI - easy to order and great value for money and a bonus bag of haribo - what’s not to like!

Over 2 weeks for delivery- no apology or communication

Firstly, they display an ‘excellent’ 5 star Trustpilot rating on their website, which clearly is a lie.
Items not delivered for over 2 weeks, despite order stating 1-2 working days delivery. No response from company. Phone lines don’t connect. Emails not replied to. I had to contact the head office in Sweden eventually. The only contact I could find was for the HR department. She did try to help, but was of course only so much she could so. Ultimately after all the faff, I had no apology from Vape Globe.

First couple of orders were okay

First couple of orders were okay, recent order was completely wrong and waited over 7 days for a 2-3day Royal Mail delivery. I will not use them again as they also haven’t responded to two emails. Not great for an extra few pounds of saving.

Terrible!!!

I’ve been waiting over a week for my items despite them clearly stating on their website that orders are despatched within 1-2 working days via RM Tracked. Royal Mail still haven’t received the item according to the tracking number despite them sending me an email to say it had been despatched! Sent many emails and they will not reply and there’s no telephone number to call! Very disappointed and they have had my hard earned money for over a week now! Very disappointed.
Addendum to above, I’ve had notification from Royal Mail this morning that my parcel has been delivered which I presume it has, so thank goodness I got my items eventually. However, have now lost faith in this company (first few orders were fine) so will unfortunately not be using them again!
