I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with U-Drive was so poor that I feel compelled to warn others. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived. Basic customer service seemed completely beyond them. They were impatient, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes.

It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. The lack of professionalism and competence made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily stressful. I would strongly recommend that management address these serious issues with staff training, because as it stands, I would never rent from U-Drive again or recommend them to anyone.

The poole branch was extremely busy when we arrived. ELLA was rushed off her feet along with all the other members of staff. Ella was bubbly and welcoming expressing her apologies for keeping us waiting. She was an outstanding member of staff and a pleasure to have been served by her. both sites are really good staff and have good service and very honest if I want to buy a car again I will do the same .
