I had a really positive experience with my provider and got prescribed meditation and really loved the service overall.
3 months later I was due for a follow-up visit and a script renewal, and when I contacted support to update my insurance, they informed me they were no longer accepting new appointments because they were at capacity with their current providers and I was to find a new provider.
This was extremely unprofessional, and the blunt response from their customer support rep was really disappointing for a service that is offering mental health treatment. I'm now stuck with no provider and a medication I depend on and have to find another way to get the script filled.
I've been a loyal customer for over a year, having found their service affordable and, despite some shortcomings, acceptable for my needs. This has unfortunately changed drastically.
In terms of positives, I appreciated the cost-effectiveness of the service. However, the level of support has always been minimal at best. Interactions have been limited to a simple questionnaire and a brief 15-minute conversation once a month. Not only were the appointments insufficient, but they were also difficult to schedule, making access to necessary services more challenging than it should have been.
However, the tipping point that led me to write this review is the sudden and significant price increase - an increase of 100%, from an affordable rate to a prohibitive $150 per follow-up appointment. To make matters worse, these follow-ups are required monthly, even for straightforward matters like prescription refills.
When I expressed my concerns and financial inability to afford this new price, my pleas fell on deaf ears. I received no assistance or consideration, leaving me feeling like a mere number in their system rather than a valued customer. The lack of transparency, forewarning, or any reasonable explanation for this drastic change is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
I implore them to reconsider this new pricing strategy and treat their loyal customers with more respect and understanding. Until then, I can't recommend their services.
The lady I see is very thorough and seems to really care. She is trying to help with every need that I have and explains things well.
My appointment never happened, I waited for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. The website is faulty and won’t let me log in at times, and there is no good way to get in contact with anyone.
I have a great experience each time I have an appointment. It is a very convenient process.
I was a member of TryMinded for a little over a year. I cancelled my account back in February. They charged me for March anyway but then refunded it once I complained. Today I just received a charge from them for $32.44. This is very odd as its May and I haven't been charged or used their services for months. This was also never the price of membership at any time when I was a member. I logged into my account with Minded and my account still shows my membership as cancelled. I'm giving them 24 hrs to refund my money or I will be charging back through my bank. My provider was wonderful, I wish I could have stayed just for him, but this company's shady billing practices made it so I can't use them anymore, and here they are, banging my card 3 months after I left. Stay far away, something is really wrong with this organization.
they scamed me i signed up and couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks so i waited i couldnt wait that long i was having a mental health crisis and needed medication refilled and they refused to refund me so i waited and i asked for an appointment they are trying to make me pay $149 when a few months ago i paid $99 for an appointment in which i did not receive so thats grounds for either refunding me or setting up an appointment this is a scam ilegal company and im calling the AG , Ftc,Bbb & consumer protection division
Someone has hacked into my account and is using your service. I can't get through to your customer service and nobody is returning my calls or emails. This is horrible customer service!

Unprofessional / Wrong people -wrong business they don't care, and their therapists and psychiatrists administration. Volume and no compassion overcharged no care for those who need it most and volume and money is what they represent from administration in a hurry no respect to a doctor that has no time and a prescription pad when pills aren't the answer.
Horrible company. I went with Hers, and they are amazing.

In short, don’t waste your time. My time at minded started off good but ended rather poorly. The psychiatrist I was speaking with was very unprofessional. There were multiple occasions where my appointment was canceled with only an hour’s notice beforehand. On top of that, there’d be times were there wouldn’t be another opening until a week later. I would only ever meet with them once a month and yet it’s been multiple times where this has happened. I was offered an apology from customer service and nothing else. Keep in mind they’ve sent me countless messages saying they will charge what was a full months subscription if I were to cancel without 24hrs notice. I asked for a refund after this having happened again, to which they gave me one but cancelled my subscription as well. Still needing to speak with my psychiatrist I asked for it to be reinstated but for that they needed my permission to charge me again. At this point I was debating on whether I should return or not but that decision was promptly made for me when they charged my card without my permission. At the time, their website was, and still is, going through modifications to which you cannot change or delete your card information for it isn’t even there on the website. The option to cancel your subscription conveniently isn’t there either. Annoyed, I still decided to meet with my psychiatrist one last time to which she showed up 15 minutes late without an apology. Typical. I believe she even called me the wrong name upon greeting me. On top of this there has been multiple appointments where she had to ask me, the client, whether or not I had already tried something she herself had previously prescribed to me. I had expressed all this to customer service to which I received no apology or compensation. Them responding to messages on here trying to act professional is a front for the public eye. Behind the scenes they are very out of sorts.

awful service - they continued to charge me for 2 months with out ANY outreach whatsoever. No emails, texts nothing. Then finally in month 3, I asked to be removed from their portal (looking at my bill), they refund me and then charge me again two days later? Oh, and there is absolutely zero access to the portal for the first few weeks of march because you know "it was down" - what is this a college kids project? You're dealing with peoples mental health here. Also, customer service on the phone was totally unhelpful, said they would call me back - never called back - finally responded to my email 8 days later. I mean come on, hire more people or limit your sign ups you cant have it all
Couldn't join call. Tried several different times. Dr didn't let me join appt. But I got charged a 45.00 fee

I was a satisfied customer of Minded for several months. I'm leaving this one-star review due to what has followed since the cancellation of my subscription.
Weeks ago, I decided to part ways with Minded once they let me know I could no longer obtain my prescription through their website. It would not have made sense to continue with them. I went through their online cancellation process and even filled out a questionnaire about why I was leaving.
Jump forward a few weeks—I noticed I'm still being billed as if I were a subscribing customer. I wasn't too concerned, assuming I'd quickly reach the company to actually cancel my subscription though customer service department and get my money refunded. Unfortunately, they never seem to answer their customer service line (I've made several attempts at calling), or respond to their emails (I guess I'll keep re-sending the same one over and over). I'm not sure how to proceed.
Situations like these are very distressing. I need the money that was erroneously deducted from my account right now, and I'm spending egregious amounts of time attempting to get it back. Companies like Minded Inc. treat customers like they don't have day-jobs, like they have nothing but time and energy to deal with non-responsive, dead-end customer service processes. It's disrespectful, appalling, and becoming all too common. Sad to see Minded be a part of that.

Stay away. Where do I even begin. They have given me the wrong dose on two occasions - and when I brought it up I was met with no response, followed by an e-mail days later gaslighting me about it. Most recently I was unable to log on to their website for my appointment because the website was down. I had no idea the site was down until I called multiple times where I finally got through to their after hours service.
They are next to impossible to get in contact with. They don't reply to e-mails, and when they do it's days later. They don't answer their phones and when they do it is their "after hours" line where they ask you for your phone number and never return your call.
I have e-mailed and called multiple times and I am still without my needed medication refills that I am soon going to be out of.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and negligent. Do NOT leave your mental health in the hands of Minded.

It used to be good until now. I have an appointment tomorrow. I haven’t been able to log into my account at all. It always says the username and password that I entered is invalid. I tried to reset my password and it also doesn’t let me. I have contacted support by email and phone and yet nobody has helped me. All they keep saying is I’ll look into it but it’s been almost 2 weeks. They sent me an email saying that if I couldn’t attend my appointment, which is in 2 days, I would be charged a $45 fee and the only dumb reason I can’t attend it is because I can’t even log into my account. If that happens going through a bank claim would be extremely unprofessional, because it’s not like I haven’t tried to ask for help. Customer support was very unprofessional and they kept apologizing when all they were doing was taking my information. Then they asked what company I was incurring about and apologized for saying that as well. (Obviously I’m not incurring about a company). So when the heck am I gonna receive any technical support whatsoever? Worst part is I need a prescription refill and my specific medication CANNOT be stopped cold turkey. If you do that you are at insanely high risk of seizures, so thanks Minded. Very helpful.🙄
