MOT failed on a bulb that was slightly askew. Had to pay another garage to sort it which took less than 3 minutes. Auto trend rather than offering to sort out a two minute job decided to fail me. Really harsh! Advisories were front tyre will need changing and indicator bulb starting to wear out. .I paid a garage to have a look at my askew bulb and they did it Infront of me which took less than 2 minutes to do. Didn't change the other bulb or the tyre as of yet. Went through the hassle of having to sort out a retest and when they said it was ready they said they had adjusted the bulb that failed as hadn't been done. Which I know it did but why put me through the hassle of a re MOT when you could have done a 2 minute job in the first place. Also to top it off they passed the bulb and the tyre even though they were advisories for discoloration in the bulb, tyre tread near minimum at 2.7mm (even though it's no way near 1.6)! And there's a slight bulge in the same tyre! Why pull them up on advisories the first time round then pass them but fix and issue from a failure that was already fixed?!! What kind of mechanics are you employing?! Absolutely con men and useless! I'll be reporting this garage to whomever. What a joke and waste of my time and money!

Within 5 days of agreeing on a car, I received everything: insurance notice, new plate number and registration. I am already driving my "new" used car 🙂 I was surprised on how easy it is to obtain a car when you talk with the right people. I am grateful for the good service! Additionally the one year guarantee makes you feel more safe as a new driver, in case something comes up with the car after the purchase. I can only recommend Trend Auto for a fast, good service!
