I ordered on 5 Jan, but nevere received anything. I requested them to refund, but they told me they will investigate for the package, after two weeks I am still waiting for their reply.

Of course you can return the goods. Alternatively, I offer to refund 20% of the purchase price, so you do not incur any further costs for the return shipment and the environment is also done something good.

If this is not an option for you, please make sure that the item is in good condition. This is the only way we can accept a return and refund the full purchase price.

For faster processing of your return, we would ask you to place a note with the order number in the package.

Never buy item from this website. The item comming from China and Its NOT orginal. Very bad condition. I give 0 star . They are not sende Money back. 👎👎👎👎👺👺👺🤧🤧🤧

Terrible experience.
Ordered in December, order listed as 3 day delivery from UK.
Here I am on Jan 7th. Order has never arrived, all attempts to contact Thermohands have been ignored.
Do not buy from this company, it looks like a well orchestrated Instagram scam.

Bestilte 2 par handsker 12.december - var lidt nervøs for forsendelsen, men der sker faktisk noget.

Har modtaget et par hansker - kvaliteten er dog tvivlsom - de er SLET ikke pengene værd.
Køb noget ordentligt fra en leverandør du kan stole på - allerhelst i en lokal butik hvor du kan støtte det lokale erhvervsliv.

At first I thought I had been scammed, but today (23/12), a month after I ordered (17/11) the gloves actually arrived. The quality of the gloves seem like advertised.
However, it took them 12 days to answer en email sent 11 days after the order was made, so I cannot rate it higher. A "1 month delivery" would have been great

A product you’ll pay for and never receive. Definitely a scam.

After 4 weeks of ordering a pair of gloves I have not received them and either an email on the status of the order. A totally unacceptable service, I even doubt I will ever receive them…of course they were charged straight away

Like others here, I also placed an order which has not arrived. I've also received no responses from any of my messages and they keep deleting my comments on facebook. I've reported it as a scam on Facebook and encourage others to do the same.

I've also been advised by my bank to cancel the card that made the payment.
