I had a couple of questions for the help centre, in advance of making any purchases, who responded promptly and positively.
From making my online purchases through to receiving the goods, it all went seamlessly.

The staff were polite and tried to help me with regards to finding a sock that would be a better size sock for me because the sock I bought was too big for my feet .
Unfortunately on this occasion they did not have the right size . However after discussing I was able to obtain the right size sock with another Therm-ic supplier

Great fast service

I go out of my way to buy Therm-ic socks - there's super comfortable for all occasions and neither too tight nor too loose - they're Goldilocks socks - just right!!! V efficient from browsing to foot. Thank you :-)

Placed my order with free regular postage and the item still arrived the following day.

Unfortunately one of the batteries in my gloves was faulty. I received a response to my email within about 20minutes and a replacement battery was sent out on next day delivery without question. Hands down the best customer service I've received in a long time!

Service from thermic was excellent. Sadly, product quality has declined significantly from the previous Thermic ski boot heating system. It's like someone who doesn't ski designed them. The battery pack is bulky (much more so than previously) The on/off button is exposed & the heaters can switch off inadvertently if pressure is applied from clothing etc. Rather than numbering the heat levels 1-3, there are flashing lights which you have to memorise in order to know what heat level you are on. Not a big deal but a completely unnecessary & unintuitive change. The changing cable is really flimsy, not the good quality of the previous one.

I could go on, but in summary whilst the heating element fulfils the same function as previously, I am really disappointed that Thermic have produced such a poor quality replacement product. It seems most businesses are going down the route of built in obsolescence and are not building robust products, Therm-ic being no exception. Great service in terms of ordering, delivery & customer service but we'll see how long the various aspects of the product last

These socks really do make a difference. I have cold feet most of the time and these allow me to ski in comfort all day. the 1200 batteries last for a good 8 hours on level 2 which is amazing

Good product, makes insoles much easier to use. Difficult to order from UK as there wasn't an option in the drop down menu, turns out you need to go to a different website, it would be useful to highlight that on your webpage, you nearly lost my sale, possibly lost many others too.
