Order from here at your own risk

I made an order in Janurary, with the expected delivery within a few weeks. In April I received an update that it would be a few more weeks.

In May, I saw that my order was being processed with a tracking number, after a month, I reached out again, asking what the status was, and was told that my order had been packed and handed over to the carrier. Which isn't true as the status has since been "Shipment not physically offered to PostNL", however was told that they would look into it and follow up asap. Since then I've sent a few emails every few weeks. It's now been another month, with no status change, no follow up or replies to my emails; complete radio silence. I've also tried sending an email with a different account, but no luck. This is very strange behaviour.

It's now almost August and I still haven't received my order.

The order itself was not a pre-release product either. This has been one of the worst online experiences I've ever had. And fair enough if it was for a low purchase value, but this a 400+ euro order, with zero updates or follow up. That's just a bit unexceptable.

Despite the reply from TCG cards below, promising direct contact asap, it's been another two weeks without any form of communication or follow up regarding my order ... not surprising but still quite disappointing. When sumbitting my review I also added the order number as well as contact details so it's certainly not a they can't find me issue.

From what we can see at first glance, it appears that your parcel may have gotten lost. Parcels are picked up by the container and do not get scanned at our warehouse, so once they are handed over, tracking updates depend on the carrier.

We will investigate this further right away and follow up with you directly to resolve the situation. Your trust means a lot to us and we want to make this right.

Bad experiences with TCG-cards

Ordered back in august 2024 and still have not recieved anything yet. TCG-Cards blame their suppliers. But im here wondering why they still have these suppliers that cant deliver the promised products. Never ordering here again

Good prices and fast delivery

I got a couple of sealed Japanese boxes on discount. Quick delivery, good prices and insane pulls (I know it is a bit the luck of the draw there - but) very happy with the purchase. Will buy again.

Never again for me

I am extremely disappointed!

Incredible bad customer service. Contacted TCG cards already more than 4 times but still no contact after 3 weeks. The site reports no telephone number so your completely dependent on their e-mail to which they do not respond and the money transfer remains not updated after cancelation.

Update:
Only way to get in contact was after placing this feedback. I find it stunning that this feels necessary to get in contact with a company you gave your money to.

Customer service no replying after 3 times, seemingly ignoring me

I made an order on the 3rd of December with order number #14008. I have tried to contact their customer service several times through the mail, but have not received an answer yet or a reply.

I paid for the items but have not received the items and no updates on my order.

Regarding your order, as mentioned earlier, your parcel was unfortunately lost by DHL. Since this order included the last item in stock, we are unable to reship it. We’ve already reordered the Korean boxes, but please note that it will take some time for them to arrive.

As per your request, we’ve processed a refund. The amount should be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

They don't respond tot my email.

They don't respond tot my email.
Tried to cancell an pre order to place it at an trustworthy company with normal reviews that doesnt have delays.. they only respond to the public eye is what im reading so im wondering how long it takes to respond to this one..
Send a mail on 14 and 25 september. Thats 37 days ago :,).

No communication and shipment keeps getting delayed.

I ordered an pre-order here, to which I have waited for almost a week now to receive the order.

The status of the order is set to sent, but the track and trace link provided has been updated to the next day each time.

I am taking time and days to stay at home for the package, but to my surprise it keeps getting delayed again and again.

For this issue I have sent an email and I haven't gotten any response from them whatsoever.

Your order was dispatched last Thursday and is currently with PostNL. However, they are also experiencing significant delays. If your package hasn’t moved by tomorrow, we will send out a replacement and request PostNL to return the original shipment to us.

Pre order cancelled without notice or refund

Ordered a celebrations set on pre order. It was delayed and delayed. Suddenly I check and see my order has been cancelled without notice. Checked my bank if I got a refund but nothing to be found. Mailed them and they have been looking into it now for weeks. Wont order anything from there again.

Update: Still no refund and they requested my review to be removed as it they thought it wasnt honest. Of course I will provide all the info to trustpilot to keep it up. An order from 2 years ago, delayed and delayed, cancelled without notice and a refund no where to be found.

Good experience

My experience with this company was rather positive. Package arrived in time and was properly sealed. I decided to make another order which PostNL messed up by sending it back to the company for no reason according to the PostNL-app (like it messed up with any order from every company in May and definitely in June). I emailed and got a response back that same day. He said he would send it again the next day.

I think people should really take in account that PostNL is the cause of the chaos, not TCG...

Great service!

Something went wrong with my purchase at TCG-cards.com, so I send the customer service an E-mail about the problem. The same day I got a response that everything was fixed, and my order was being send right away.

Waited for months and shares customers personal information online

I ordered here before, normally you can see on the website if an item is delayed. I can understand there are shipping delays out of their control but you do have to inform the customers.
My order says it will be available from November 18th but I still didn't get my order, no updates, and they are not responding to my emails.

Update 1:
I think it's weird I get a response within 2 hours on trustpilot, but that it's too busy to reply to emails from 2 weeks ago.
So after placing this review they suddenly did reply. They told us some of the items we ordered are cancelled by Pokemon, and that we could get refunded for those items and they would ship the remaining items immediately.

Update 2:
I still haven't received anything of my Silver Tempest pre-order and I didn't get a shipping email.
They say they didn't receive our emails but I can see they reply that to anyone placing a negative review, so or it's a lie, or they really need to update their email system.

Update 3:
Very "coincidentally", just like when I initially placed the review, we received an email about the order the day after writing it. It was finally shipped and we did receive our items, but it definitely took too long. I am also very unimpressed that you feel the need to edit your answer to add my partners full name on here after I gave you the order information, it feels creepy and blackmail-ish (and it is illigal) you feel the need to share your customers information on here;
"Niemand mag zomaar persoonsgegevens van een ander op internet publiceren. Dit mag in principe alleen als daarvoor een wettelijke grondslag is uit de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG)."

Due to you using a nickname on TrustPilot we can't exactly help you further with your issue. As we have a lot of customers who have a first name starting with an L.

Could you perhaps reply to the "Order Confirmation" you received from us? That way we have all the information needed to help you!

Thank you for supplying the missing information as requested through the information request. I've forwarded it to the correct department and they will reply to you within 24 hours.

Regarding your updated review: We have responded to your latest e-mail of December 13th. in this e-mail, you have requested a refund for the stacking tins. We processed the refund of these tins and sent the remaining order to our warehouse. This parcel has been picked up by the pickup service of PostNL on the 23rd of December. However, due to it being peak time at the shipping company it seems the parcel hasn't been processed yet. This should be done in the next couple of days as they are working through the backlog.

Also please do us a favor and see if you missed our reply in your mailbox. We have sent the reply signed and we see that you have received it but not opened it.

They have been ignoring a refund…

They have been ignoring a refund request for over a week.

Second time I have tried this company, second time all products have been "delayed". Yet somehow other companies have no problem filling the exact same order.

Really hoping they actually refund me and dont continue to ignore my emails

Of course we didn't forget you.

As stated on our website its currently incredibly busy due to the Saint Nicholas events in the Netherlands. Due to this we are receiving up to 6-times more mails then usual.

Besides that these delays come from The Pokemon Company themselves. We are working with several official distributors of TPC however on release they only get 10-30% of the whole order and thus can only fulfill a few retailers at the release. In this case the Booster Boxes of Silver Tempest will be delivered later while we do already have everyhing else. While this is very annoying this is sadly the way how TPC has decided to deliver in the past 2 years hence the warning on our website clearly stating that this is a common occurrence at the moment. The distributors announced that this will change from next year on with the release of Crown Zenith so every future release is expected on time!

We have just responded to your e-mail and we hope everything is resolved now!

Pre-order

I pre-order something and expect it to be delivered on the date they said.
It took an extra month for it to deliver, claiming it will arrive in week 42, we are week 46 now?!
Wanted to keep this item as sealed but so poorly filled that the item came in poor condition.
PostNL delivery also was rude as he left the package unattended in a visible place, goes away and shouts to me if it's mine.

Never gonna order here again!
(also, I regret ordering this as well as the price was 1/4 higher then everywhere else)

First of all our excuses that your package arrived in a damaged condition. If you wish for a replacement or a appropriate refund please contact our customer service as we would love to resolve this.

Regarding what PostNL did. All packages are required to be signed with a signature of the receiver. They are not allowed to leave the parcel unattended at your house. We will also make a complaint for this if we receive the required information below.

Fast delivery + Great price

(I can't speak dutch very well so I'll write in english)
Just insane. I see some bad reviews about the delay or something like that. Saying it's a scam but I still tried to buy and, living in Belgium, it only took two days for me to receive the display that I ordered in perfect condition.
Fast delivery, very good price, this is the place to buy! I will definitely buy again from you guys. Thanks for your service.

For all our products that are in stock, the delivery will usually be done the next day or in case for a Belgium shipment it might take up to 2 days.

Sadly for pre-orders, there will sometimes be delays and this doesn't quite make our customers happy. We understand their frustration if they have to wait several weeks or on some occasions even months on their order that they get upset regarding it. If they no longer wish to wait they can always cancel their order or trade it for another product.
