Ive just had one of the worst and wierdest massage experiences yet!! The girl was sweet but not as pretty as her photos suggest. The location was nice but the room was tiny.. and she began by introducing me to her tiny yappy dog called Angel! I dont want to meet your dog, I want to experience an elite tantric massage as was promoted by the agency. Anna appears to be the owner and I went on her recommendation. The massage was very light pressure and not like any tantric massage Ive had before. The masseuse then proceeded to offer other services for more money (i declined) and then gave me her phone number! Totally unprofessional from start to finish. No follow up from the agency and seemingly no interest once the money had been paid and the booking had been secured. Waste of my time and money.
NOTE: Anna, you know perfectly well that this booking happened. You texted me a feedback text at 20:50 not long after this review came online. This was nearly 4 hours after the booking was finished!!!! I was with my wife and kids and I told you to never send me an unsolicited text again. Especially 4 hours after the appointment! You then deleted the text but I can happily provide all of the screenshots as evidence of your continued unprofessionalism and attempts at covering your tracks!!!!!

Very rude. The manner in which my booking was dealt with and the way I was spoken to by the phone operator was insulting and wholly unprofessional.
I booked a session in advance to ensure I could get an appointment and the operator was very polite and friendly when she was taking my booking.
I informed her that would be arriving about 10 minutes late which I was told was no problem. I did actually arrive 14 minutes late but unfortunately my phone signal was weak and it seemed that some of her messages to me came through later, and vice versa. But I arrived and was buzzing the correct door bell at 6.44pm (my appointment was originally 6.30pm). There was no response so I contacted the agency explaining I was here but no one was opening the door.
The operator, Anna her name was, then told me I was at the wrong address.
I actually sent a photo of my location which she confirmed was the correct address so I buzzed again and still no answer. I was then told me I could not have the booking as I was over 30 minutes late which simply was not true.
I am a black man and I am a respectful and polite professional. This was very unnecessary treatment.
If the masseuse preferred not to see me then I would have accepted her wishes if only I was told politely and respectfully. Which I was not. In fact I was made to feel like I had done something wrong... very unpleasant to experience this. I tried elsewhere and found the same masseuses offering other services for the same rate. I was so surprised!! Anyway, I ended up having a pleasant evening in the end but i dont know what this set up is that Anna has going on. I wonder if her positive reviews are all fake. Very bad attitude to me.
NOTE: Anna is claiming I was not at the location. I provided a photo of my location which she confirmed was correct. I was buzzing at this correct address from 6.44pm (as per my review the appointment was at 6.30pm but I informed Anna that I was running 10 minutes late which she agreed was fine). I buzzed the correct doorbell multiple times within the agreed timeframe and NOBODY ANSWERED!!! I could hear it buzzing. Now Anna is claiming I was at the incorrect address and I was 38 minutes lates which is not true! She is changing the goal posts to suit her narrative.
Meanwhile I was waiting on the doorstep on the other side of town, waiting to be let in on a pre arranged appointment. It was embarrassing but clearly no empathy re how this felt for me. Not good at all.

Really enjoyable experience. I had a great and relaxing massage from my very friendly and skilled masseuse Freya and the booking process was a breeze. Altogether a great time and one I’ll likely repeat. My expectations were surpassed and I’m very glad I booked this massage!

Terrible experience !
The massage itself was incredibly disappointing. It felt rushed and unprofessional, with no real care or attention to my needs. I’ve had plenty of massages before, but this was by far the most uncomfortable. She didn’t take the time to ask if the pressure was okay or if there were any specific areas I needed her to focus on.

Marina is outstanding. Apart from her natural beauty she creates an atmosphere of trust and relaxation. Genuine and kind and a very skilled and professional masseuse who takes her time. The agency is hyper responsive and professional. Fully recommend them

I had lovely time with Tantric Collective London. Marina is magnificent masseuse that will leave you happy satisfied and craving for more.

I was pleasantly surprised at the high standard of this experience. The wonderful masseuses I booked on this trip (Antonella and Amy) looked just like their photos but, even more importantly but, even more importantly gave very skilled massages and were great company. They also had very high class apartments, the best I've encountered in London. Impressed also with the receptionist who took great care of me. I can recommend and will return.
