Moving is generally a stressful experience, but Mike and George were fantastic! They showed up on time, handled my things with care and were very professional, and had a smile on their face throughout. Will definitely use them again for removal services!

Sure Removals helped me to pack and move flats. They made the entire process as seamless and easy as could be.

The team - Stefan, Silviu, Emilian and Radu, arrived on time and were professional, efficient and friendly despite having to carry heavy items down 6 flights of stairs due to a broken lift.

I am a very happy customer and have already recommended their services to friends.

We were very happy with the service provided from start to finish and the quote provided was very reasonable!

Liam was very quick to respond to my enquiry and was very professional throughout. I felt reassured through our conversations and he made everything very clear on what we needed to do before our removal day.

On the day of removal, Emilian and George were both so friendly and professional. They handled all our furniture with care, they were quick to load the van, and provided boxes to make sure they were happy that all our belongings were secure when transporting. We honestly, can’t thank them enough for making the day less stressful. I truly hope they both get the recognition they deserve.

We will be recommending to family and friends and will definitely be using again for any future moves.

We used Sure Removals to move out of our one bedroom apartment from North to South London.

After a video call with Liam and a quote we were set to go and honestly I don’t have enough positive things to say about our experience.

Liam was very helpful, responsive and friendly in the lead up.

On the actual day, we had Robert and Marius come round. They showed up exactly on time, were so rapid, treated our things with great care. And generally made us feel like nothing was a problem or an issue (even getting some tricky furniture out of our basement flat!). They dismantled and reassembled our bed so quickly, none of our stuff was damaged, they showed up at our new place at the exact same time as us, then unloaded everything into the right rooms and with minimal fuss.

Can’t recommend this company enough, and again special thanks to Robert and Marius for making what could have been a stressful experience the complete opposite. Will definitely be using in the future if we move again!

Silviu and Armando were incredibly fast yet careful. I cannot believe they fit our whole house in one truck in one run. Worth every penny. Took away the majority of the stress on moving day.

3 bed to 4 bed move on a very hot day. Was packed up and out by 10:30.

Really fast and professional moving service. Bart and Mirek showed up on time, loaded up the van swiftly, making sure all items, including loose items, were secure. They unpacked just as efficiently and without any issues to the furniture. Will use them again in the future

If I could give 0 stars I would. In fact, if it were possible I’d give negative points. Hands down this was the worst customer experience of my life. They did not confirm we had paid the amount in full until prompted. They did not tell us when we might expect them to arrive - only that it might be ‘some time in the afternoon’ cause there were issues with one of the vans. They did not come on the day we booked them for, despite us being packed up, pre-booked and waiting indoors all day surrounded by boxes with our five month old baby. When it was reluctantly agreed they’d come the following morning by 8, there was another ludicrous calamity and they didn’t show up, a staff member went AWOL, and we waited and waited and called for updates in vain (they refused to answer the phone) until we cancelled. We lost a day and a half to these people. At one point - a pinnacle of galling absurdity - I was told that the company I had paid and booked to do this job was ‘willing’ to do the job, it was just hard to organise. The lack of professionalism, the lack of basic courtesy, of human decency, of basis competence, is astounding. Do not pay these jokers.

We were making an'epic' 500 mile move from Hertfordshire to the highlands of Scotland from a 3 bed house with garden. Mike and Sylviv did the job perfectly from loading in 1.5 hours to unloading in 1 hour including disassembling and reassembling a large recliner sofa. Arrived on time at each end, no damage, polite and courteous. Ample packing materials provided and for the price, amazing value for such a distance. Recommend without hesitation.

Service great, from first conversation with Hussien to get a quote, the 2 lads who moved us worked efficiently, quickly and with care. They kept us informed at all times. I would definitely use again ( although not too soon, moving is stressful 😂) I have no concerns about recommending them to family and friends.

The team we courteous and professional, kept us updated and packed very quickly. they did not seem rushed, just knew exactly what they were doing. We had Marius, Robert and Paul that executed our move and the whole process from dealing with Liam in the beginning to the guys saying goodbye and the follow-up was very pleasant, I would highly recommend this team

Brilliant value for money. Really quick quote and no hidden costs. Liam was great on the phone. Emilian and Andrew were punctual and careful and efficient. Couldn't be happier with the help we received from them.

Sure Removals made our move from Essex to Bedfordshire painless and problem free. The team moved everything efficiently and with care, taking time to wrap our breakables (TVs, glass table etc) as promised.

Everything was reassembled and placed in the new house with no trouble. Carpets and flooring were also protected throughout the move.

The move went well and Marius, Robert and Emilian were excellent. They were well organised and managed to pack up in a few hours. All items were put in the correct rooms at the new address and no items were damaged. Would use again and recommend Sure Removals.

We were so grateful to have used Sure Removals for our move. We were going from Essex to Northumberland and the move date wasn’t fixed until 2 days before but they were so calm and professional it took a huge stress off.
