I Cannot Remember the Last Time a Purchase Drained Me This Much
I bought a Creality printer on the 28th of August 2025, full of excitement. I had saved up, done my research and genuinely looked forward to using it. That excitement did not even last a day. The printer arrived in poor condition and never worked properly. It would not stay synced, the extruder jammed and every print attempt failed.
When I contacted Creality support, I expected basic decency and understanding. Instead, I was treated like the problem. Their replies felt robotic and dismissive. They kept asking for videos and proof, as if I was trying to trick them rather than return a faulty product. I refused to start opening the printer because it was brand new and that should never be expected of a customer.
When I asked for a refund, the process became even more frustrating. They would not send a return label unless I closed my PayPal dispute first. That sort of request is manipulative and completely unacceptable. It made me feel cornered and powerless.
To move things forward I had to pay for an independent inspection which cost £25 and then another £150 for shipping the printer back at my own expense. The printer was received by them on the 23rd of October and I did not receive my refund until the 30th. Sixty three days after my purchase. Sixty three days of stress, wasted time and emotional exhaustion.
Throughout all of this their communication was slow, cold and repetitive. There was no sense of care or responsibility, only delay after delay. It felt like a system designed to wear customers down until they give up.
This whole experience has been deeply unpleasant. I have never dealt with a company that made me feel so dismissed over something so simple. I will never buy from Creality again and I would strongly advise anyone thinking about it to avoid them.

This has been the best printer I have had so far. It is super easy to set up and use and the print quality is great.
I got the k2 plus
I got the k2 plus, it great but the k2 pro has many improvements over the k2 plus. The poop chute is larger and more slanted. Making clogges less likely. The build plate it shipps eith is better and duel sided. Its like getting 2 build plates with it. The light although still needing a little work is back in front instead of on one side. The print quality is amazing. Right out of the box I'm getting great prints. Very happy with it. Would definitely recommend.
K2 Combo 3D Printer
I ordered the new K2 Combo printer, what a great printer and fantastic value for money. When it arrived it was very well packaged and within 10 minutes it was out of the box and set-up ready to go. Once it auto calibrated I ran the the 4 Colour test print, 3DBenchy Tug Boat, it printed with no issues and the whole set-up and test print were done in around an hour.
The printer is very sturdy and well built, looking forward to hours of fun with it.
Brought a K2 combo, stupid mistake
Brought a K2 combo, when it arrived the cfs didn’t work, it would only print from feed 1. No matter what I did it would revert to feed 1 and wouldn’t print from the other 3. So I thought easy fix customer services should replace it, I’d only had it for a week so when I first contacted customer services it was within the 14 days of sale. Customer services stated very quickly there is a fault with some of the cfs but rather than just replace it I spent 2 weeks jumping through hoops, updating software, trying different things blah blah blah.
So now I’m not happy, I’ve wasted 3 weeks where I can’t print properly so I want it replaced, I told them over and over I wanted it replaced but they just kept going back and forth. Eventually I said look this is faulty if you don’t replace it I want to return the whole printer for a refund. So they agreed the cfs was faulty and they would replace it hallelujah. Then they drop the bomb of if I have to return the cfs and they have to receive it before they’ll send out the new one. NO! I refused and then had to fight them a few more days until the best they could do is when they got confirmation my cfs was on the way back they’d send out the new one. I then asked about compensation for the hassle. They offered me a £15 voucher to use on their site.
By now I was so sick of this and I realised Creality is a terrible company with rubbish customer services. I asked to just return the whole printer combo as I don’t want to deal with Creality anymore, another fight because “unfortunately you have to request a return within 14 days” NO I contacted them within this time and they messed me about for 2 weeks.
So EVENTUALLY they agreed I could return the whole lot for (nearly) a full refund, lost about £40 but I don’t want to deal with Creality anymore. Still waiting on refund atm, have had to chase them 3 times to ask if they’ve recieved the return and today they actually confirmed they gave it and my refund will take 2-10 days.
Overall terrible experience, the K2 is not great and I’ve now taken my business to another company and their printers are perfect. Would not recommend any Creality product to be honest, customer service is terrible and so are the printers. I actually started on a Creality Ender but had so much trouble with that it was also returned. Now have 2 printers from another company that are perfect.

Works great
Works great, made my print quality (especially stringing) go away completely with PLA and PETG. LCD is a little bright though, would like a dimmer or a cover.
This printer is incredible
This printer is incredible - fast, precise, and effortless to use. Having tried multiple Ender models, this one tops them all. The CFS system makes filament loading a breeze!
HALT-MAGE S 14K Resin 3D Printer
Stunning quality for the price. The machine creates very detailed models and is easy to use. I bought a resin pump bit have nit installed it yet. My only complaint is that the printer came without a calibration card. You can however just use a sheet of paper.
K2 Pro Combo.
The K2 Pro was super easy to get going. From unboxing to my first print only took a few minutes, and I didn’t have to mess with endless adjustments. The setup walked me through everything clearly, and it just worked.
Creality Hi Printer
This printer is very fast. I also have an Ender 3 S1 Plus. the Hi printer literally blows it's doors off. The Hi is easy to assemble and get dispensing. The only problem I had, and it was my own fault, was getting the CFS running. I didn't see the RS485 connector on the buffer. I like the CFS very much. Quick, easy change over.One of the first projects I printed was the clipping catching tray and the buffer mounting bracket. Make sure the surface you have the printer on is sturdy and solid. Mine is on a heavy metal/wood workbench. It sits on a concrete floor and wall. The printer would still get the workbench rocking and rolling until I put thin spacers between the worksurface and wall.
Cleality Ender 3 KE disaster!!
I Bought the Creality Ender 3 KE printer. I received the item with few more products I purchased. It was fine. After almost 3 weeks the extruder was clogged. I tried everything to clean it but no success. I contacted the support that is in China. It's now more then 3 weeks into the problem, they promised a new extruder but I'm still waiting. Probably it is going to take then one more month until I see the part. In the meantime i can't print.
I'm a beginner and I tried to save money as much as I can. That was my big mistake. I should buy something more reliable that will support you in real time. If I could give them negative star I would have done that.
Easy to use for beginners.
Spend the money and get this printer! We have never used a 3D printer before. 100% new to this. We were able to print right out of the box! It is HEAVY. Make sure you have help bringing it in and setting it up. Ones everything was set, it was ready to go and we have been using it every day since. It is user friendly. There are amazing YouTube videos if you want to learn more in depth features. But right out of the box, it is fun and usable for beginners.
Avoid the Ender V3
Printer was set up following the directions included. The printer (Ender V3) did not intiate the fans or follow any of the steps mentioned on the website. I called customer service. The man on the phone was great and gave me the information to initiate the return.
I have been emailing customer support for over a month now. I went to my bank and they suggested filing a dispute after two weeks passed and I had not heard back.
Today I received a request to complete this survey moments after customer service finally replied to me. They asked me to submit a video and photo of the error. I did both of these weeks ago.
Printer does not work out of the box. The reviews online are bad. The steps required to confirm it was a dud of a machine took longer than it did to set up the Bambu A1 combo and complete two prints.
Avoid the Ender V3. I cannot speak for Bambu on a scale larger than the one that I ordered, but it is a night and day difference in quality
Two words to describe creality "Dog…
Two words to describe creality "Dog shit" spent a thousand pounds on 2 scanners and nothing works with windows 11 and out of 3 other windows 10 machines only worked with One. Your software is not user friendly and has no work arounds to fix problems that you shouldn't have in the first place. Customer service wants your whole life history before even being able to email them. Creality looks like a another scam company from China ,makes things look nice but getting them to work forget about it. Avoid this trash and spend your money else where. And if a rep from creality wants to talk to me about this do it at your own peril because I won't be polite about this
Creality Hi Combo.
I’ve pretty much been running this non stop since we bought it. I have had zero problems with this unit. It’s fairly quiet and was easy to setup out of the box. It is probably one of the more reliable machines that I own. We work in a dusty environment with out laser engravers engraving slate round the clock and have had zero issues.
Such a great intermediate experience unit
Such a great intermediate unit got it on a great sale during Labor day, I learned enough from my ender3 that sstting up and using the K1 SE was a breeze. Loving it.
If you can manage the price spring for the K1, it has some upgrades from the SE that I only found out after purchase.

I haven't been using this as long as the several A1s from Bambu in my growing business, but this seems very promising. Largely, it just prints. The first layers are perfect. Although not as quiet as an A1, this machine is still very quiet. Thank you Creality for creating such an awesome and well equipped machine. This is certainly a toll, not a tinkerers toy, and this has the ability to deliver great utility. For the first time in a long time, I can once again recommend a Creality product.
Ender 5 Max
I ordered within the first hour of release and received the printer 4 days later. Pretty fast from California to Louisiana. Print was easy to assemble and instructions are detailed. Takes 15 minutes if you're mechanically inclined. Setup and starting are what you would expect from recent Creality printers. Prints super fast and well to boot. Bed heats in record time as well. Now for my issues. Color printing in Creality Print causes my Ender 5 Max to crash after swapping filaments. The firmware appears to be rushed and not polished compared to my Ender 3 v3 Plus. NO ROOT at the moment which is probably the biggest let down by far. Feels like Creality rushed this printer into the market. No reviews on Youtube not many articles detailing specs, but still for the price is an amazing printer. Still do not regret buying it. I will change my review when root is available.
