This is a fraudulent site. I ordered shoes and did not receive anything. A month has passed since my order and I did not receive the package. When I contacted them, they told me that the order was delivered. Wherever I asked, I received a mail to confirm the order, except here. I did not receive the order confirmation mail or delivery confirmation from the shipping company. These are a group of scammers. I do not advise anyone to order from this site. I will not let this matter pass without attention. Give me back my rights, you scammers.
Returns made impossible, will not buy here again
I bought a pair of boots on a website owned by Spartoo (JBMartin) and where the customer service is handled by Spartoo. For the past 4 days I have been trying to register a return request, but the button on the website for that action does not do anything, it just stays on the same page. I tried it on laptop, on tablet and on my phone, using the Classic and the Mobile interface: I can fill in the return reason and choice of action (refund, new size etc) - but everytime the final action button does not do anything. It is difficult to not come to the conclusion that the company actively tries to discourage returns. I called the French customer service in the weekend, but they were not able to help foreign customers. I called the international customer service today (they are not open in the weekend) who run into the same IT-problem (return button does not work) and said they will register my return request later in the day and I should check for their message later - it is 10 pm now and there was no message, and the IT-problem persists (after 4 days that I am aware of it, but perhaps longer). Extremely frustrating experience. I will not buy here again. // Updated one day later: I finally received an email with a link to a prepaid returns label - but the link does not work and ends in an 404-error page in the browser. Also when logging into my customer account the link to "How to return" the item, for which the return has now been manually registered by CS, does NOT work. So I still cannot send the item back.

Very fast delivery- 2-3 days. Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Saturday. The product( United Nude Sandals) are Awesome. They were packed very well. I haven't communicate with customer service.

They sent the parcel to a wrong address BUT THERE IS NO PROOF OF DELIVERY and it is impossible to get in touch.
They sent the parcel to a wrong address but I had no way of knowing given that I never received the tracking information, I didn't receive a confirmation email when `i placed the order, nothing, I checked my spam folder, and the emails from them were considered so suspicious I cannot even load them onto my screen, like the system doesn't let me, now the parcel has been delivered to god knows who, THERE IS NO PROOF OF DELIVERY, NO SIGNATURE, NO PHOTO, NOTHING, how do I know this is not fake? It's impossible to get in touch with them as they do not have an email nor any other means to contact them if not the phone, and you have to pay for that. I have already started charge back procedures with Paypal and my bank.
UPDATE: I resolved the issue on my own, I went all the way to the wrong address and collected the parcel.

Placed an order. Site stated that I would receive my order in a few days, made payment in good faith; instead next day they sent and email saying "I am contacting your via email in order to ask you to provide a photo (with your phone) of: - the card you’ve used to complete your transaction (please leave only the first four and the last four digits of your card number visible, as well as the card expiry date and the cardholder's name. - a copy of a proof of address (electricity bill, phone bill…) with your address."
Also apparently there are sometimes unclear charges from partner companies- I asked about that and didn't get an answer.
Sketchy, very frustrating, and asking way too much for a purchase of shoes. I wrote emails and got form replies; waiting for (hoping for) a refund. I'll never deal with them again unless I need to contest charges.

Stay away from this fraudulent website. A scam disguised as a business. A month ago I made a purchase and was sent an email by an employee to send photos of the front and back of my card, as well as my ID. I refused and asked that the order be canceled. A month later Spartoo continues to randomly steal money from account. Criminal, the matter has been reported to my bank, stay away!

I would like to share my recent experience as a customer and express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received so far.
Recently, I purchased a pair of sneakers in an order, but upon receiving them, I realized they did not fit me properly. I decided to return the product, which I did exactly 12 days ago. According to the tracking information, the item has been received by your team.
Since then, I have been trying to get in touch to obtain information about the receipt of the product and to request the corresponding refund. However, up until now, I have not received any response. I sent emails to the addresses, but unfortunately, I haven't received a reply from either.
Furthermore, I attempted to contact you by phone 085 888 30 19 more than seventeen times. In many of these attempts, the phone was busy. When I finally managed to connect, I only heard a recording, and I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes before the call was abruptly disconnected.
While I regularly receive promotional emails from Spartoo trying to sell me other products, my fundamental issue has not been resolved. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but the lack of response and difficulty in reaching someone are making this situation extremely frustrating.
I would like to resolve this issue amicably and efficiently. Please review my situation and provide the necessary information for the refund of my returned order.

Placing an order on spartoo.nl is more difficult than birthing a baby
I have been trying to place an order since Thursday, 05.10. The order lands to "extra check status" and apparently Validation department needs to go though the address and card details in order to protect customers again fraud. In itself, nothing wrong with it.
However, this is where fun starts. This seems to be some ghost department that doesn't pick up orders they need to check. NOTHING happens, no update, nothing. Customer care (consisting of ONE lady) is not cooperative and decides for herself whether they will help you or not. Refuse to connect you to the validation department or call them themselves. The only answer you get is. "we will look into it".
The website is outdated and system is awkward and slow. It appears you are dealing with a little company running in someone's living room and not a serious company they like to advertise themselves to be.
When you try to call international customer care number, you get the message that their offices are now closed and you should call during business hours even though you are trying to call them at 11 am, which according to their website are their working hours.
They obviously do not appreciate long term customers who have left plenty of money on their site over the years.
They have just lost one, I will never shop on this site ever again and would not advise anyone who asks to do the same.

"Wanneer wij een algemene vergadering hebben of anders kan het voorkomen dat onze telefoonlijn gesloten is." - I have called an international line number on several occasions over three days, it seems that there are a lot of meetings going on. Also, voicemail said I was calling outside business hours and to send an email instead. Maybe you could adjust the voice mail message?
"We zijn een groot bedrijf dat al meer dan 10 jaat bestaat en in meerdere europese landen vertegenwoordigd wordt." - Maybe but your system is slow, awkward and outdated and you are promissing "fast and easy" verification process that has been going on for days. So there is nothing fast and easy about it.
"Indien je bestelling tot op heden nog niet is verwerkt dan wil ik je vragen een email te sturen naar adriana*** en dan gaan we het nakijken voor je." - I have already done that but my order has still not been processed. It feels like one it talking to the wall.
