Hadi, the chat/ help desk person tried hard to understand my issue but resolved it very well by initiating a remote session. I have no hesitation in recommending Software Mart Australia for their prices and service.

Hadi is wonderful to deal with. I kept having problems with installing, as I'm not that tech savvy and he just helped me until everything worked. Very happy with my Microsoft Office 2019 purchase.
