Been a Samsung user for over a decade, now I don't want anything to do with the brand. Every hardware and software update their product gets worse and worse. I am not exaggerating when i say I suspect their product, software and design teams are intentionally making their product worse. The last few years Samsung will even degrade older products with new software updates that remove access to old applications. The fact that I have phones that get redundant because of Samsung software updates is actually sending me. Absolutely terrible brand that I would not even recommend as a last sort option. You are emotionally better off not using anything Samsung related.

"Extremely disappointed with Samsung’s terrible service! I purchased a Galaxy Book 4 Pro a few months ago, and after a software update, the battery started charging very slowly. It’s clearly a warranty issue, but the service center refused to repair it because of a minor display glass crack, which has nothing to do with the battery!

They forced me to replace the display first (₹37,000) before even checking the battery issue. Then they said the motherboard might need replacement (₹50,000). How is this fair for a laptop under warranty?

Samsung is scamming customers by making unnecessary repair demands and denying warranty claims! Never buying Samsung again! If you’re thinking of buying a Samsung laptop, stay away unless you want to be stuck with terrible after-sales service!"

I have a washer and refrigerator from Samsung. They are very problematic. The refrigerator has a lot of problems with the ice maker and leaking. My samsung washer is always going off balance and when it does, It's gonna fill itself back full of water even when on spin only. That's not spin only. It does this 2 or 3 times then I have to go there and unlock the lid, rearrange my clothes then try again only for the machine to fill it back up with water while on spin only. It also doesn't get clothes as clean as the older ones.

Needed help, with my 2 step verification method and I called Samsung support. The guy hung up on me when I asked him to talk slower because I couldn't understand him super clearly. I called back got the same guy and he instant hang up.
Not buying Samsung phone again after this. Have had previous problems to with this

We bough a TV from samsung.no it was defective with problems on the LCD. I have to say I was so dissapointed reading all the bad reviews here but surprisingly everything went well. They were responsive on email and call and they send someone and he changed the LCD pannel of the TV. All in less than two weeks. So all was great.
