They have deliver a remote that doesn't work. Beside they are asking to return it to them in China while paying the fees myself! They are a bunch of scammer. I hardly recommend not dealing with them

Service was fast & friendly. The remote works perfectly with the radio that I have had for several years.

Replacement remote control for Audio Pro ADDON T10 was ordered 15th of March 2025 and recieved 22th of april. The product saved my T10. I am very happy :-)

The remote works perfectly. It did seem to take a little while to receive but I did receive it in perfect condition.

After waiting over 2weeks for my remote with emails in between from remote world apologising for the delay, well it arrived cracked and broken, I sent a photo and again a lot of apologies back from them. They said they’d sent me a new one and refund me in full. Well on the 3rd day after that email my new remote just arrived 15 mins ago, and I’ve just tried it on my telly and it works.
I really want to thank remote world for their great customer service as they kept in contact all the time and true to their word.

Great store, very fast delivery! The product I bought works perfectly! And although I made a mistake with the address (Australia instead of Austria) I was able to correct it by email and the product arrived at the correct address!!!! An absolutely TOP seller!

Bought this for my reference 20 pre-amp. Worked right out of the box. Service is top notch as they responded right away when I asked if I could program the remote to control my old Sony DVD player as well. They sent me instructions right after I provided them with the make and model.

I was so grateful to Remotes World for not only having the very unusual remote replacement we needed, but also for the extremely helpful and detailed tech help. I wasn't able to get the new remote to connect to our box at first, but the super responsive tech help provided me with detailed instructions and visuals. It works like a dream now. Fantastic all around service from Remotes World!

I have a NAD D3020 amp and the one thing I have found frustrating is the NAD controller which is very poor. The remotes world alternative is fantastic and feels much more official than the NAD controller! At first it didn't work but remotes world had the problem sorted within 30 minutes with clear instructions

I couldn't pair the remote at first but with the assistance via emails now works fine.

I ordered a remote for a Cambridge audio tuner amp, I now have multiple ways of adjusting volume, access to 4 of the 5 FM presets, (no access to am), and 3 mute buttons. I still have to get up to turn the radio off, as the power button does not work
